lnholder- That's the impression I get as well. I kept my mouth shut for a long time but I've had enough now. He's been saying funding should be received next week for months now. How long can a bank transfer take ffs.

Looks like he's just kicking the can down the road. He'll probably set up a new company, and give LN holders shares just to make it look like he is doing something but I doubt anything positive will come of it.

Think it is clear as day Manduca has conned us after all the big talk. Feel bad for loan note holders who are getting dragged further into this with more money being taken.

Hope it works out for them even if it means a new company gets set up but somehow don't see it happening.

Mr Manduca is flustered to say the least. It's causing concern and division within the LN group. Some are looking much more closely at Mr Manduca's communications since joining PRG and indeed over recent days for the scheming does not end. Others are fool enough to leap to Manduca's defence while starving themselves of facts (a la itsallilegal) whenever anyone questions his integrity. I've raised some questions within the group which have thus far not received an answer. The group is not a collection of sharp minds, more a huddle of acolytes. Any interested ex-investors and LN holders would do well to question everything that's ever been said by any officers of PRG, Titanium, Acme-Titan or whatever the next company ends up being called, if indeed it materialises.

Just look at the flurry of activity Clubby. Anyone would think that when you kept saying youd written it off and Paragon was finished and no funding was ever coming, that PM was a fraud and all those other negatives, that really you were secretly hoping that funding would come and hadnt in fact written it off at all. You were actually keeping the faith, otherwise why wait until now to do what you are doing?

what happened to that funding - and why wasn't it spent on starting to mine at Lemphane, which is what it was raised for? Why did mining at Lemphane NEVER start, despite it being a 'company defining' opportunity (I think those were his words) and despite repeated predictions that it would (Q1 2015, Q2 2015, Q1 2016)?

thanks super, I'd forgotten about that one.

I'll be sure to add it to the SFO letter: another clear representation that the company was on track to start mining in Q2 2015, when in fact it only had 8 months to live and NEVER started mining anything...

Incidentally, with PRG being struck off on the 26th, I wouldn't put it past Manduca and his henchmen to try and get these ADVFN threads removed, on the basis that the company no longer exists (and to remove the evidence). I'll look into setting up a generic mining-related thread, but I've never done it before and I think you may need to be a blue.

So I would urge anyone who wants/needs to, to get in touch by email now, or at least make a note of my email address against future need...

Itsallillegal When Paragon is struck off you've lost your PRG stake AND your loan notes are worthless. All you have is Manduca's word that he will make you whole in some hypothetical new company.Does the truth hurt?
