I think SuperG would be of great help and very interested in these recent events.

Let's hope you don't have to attend a meeting with them eh? We know how good you are at turning up for those.

I was just pondering a letter to the SFO, but online might be quicker and easier.

Manduca's not going to get away with this, if I can do anything about it...

looking on the positive side, clubbie, 1R shares (formerly Blinkx) are performing extremely strongly!

in fact, looks like another multibagger!

Hmmmm. Well, can they get on with it quickly please? I really could use a CGT write off.Don't get me wrong, I'd much rather be buying my wife the diamond I promised her from the proceeds of our 'exciting Paragon Diamonds investment'But, as usual, AIM taketh away, and taketh away!

Bcap. Are you a Loan noter? It's just i think what you say is decided now. PRG is deffo going and there are no voices in the group arguing against it so it will happen. I think PM always planned this and I think new funds will never come to us.

This is the end for PRG... no assets left and de-listing with no resources will leave no-one to want to even try to re-instate the company given the history over the last few years.

PRG is typical of many fledging companies, looking for extra money through AIM and broker/investor contacts to gain traction in a business. But, when finance doesn't come through on a timely basis, or with too many warrants or at high interest rates, shareholders see diminishing returns until they are squeezed out or the company folds. PRG are just following a long list of other companies...

If Lemphane in Lesotho is ever mined, it will be through a new company with different investors, all taking their chance on the merry-go-round. Think I'll stick with bigger companies, with greater potential in the short term and kimberlite resources with greater "economy of scale", e.g. Firestone Diamonds. STEL still have potential as well, but can they get the finance needed for their new partnership? GEMD will struggle until diamond prices improve and they start finding more Type II diamonds > 100 carats again. Not sure now about Lucara, as they may have seen the best of their share price leaps. They will need to find another AK6 like kimberlite (which they bought from African Diamond, and re-named) soon - which is increasingly difficult and costly to prove - especially if commerciality is dependent on those rare, large diamond finds.

Good luck to all previous PRG investors, in your other ventures - always keep a good spread in your portfolio...

Whiskey - you're very welcome here, don't let the vile bullies scare you off.

If you're a shareholder (at least until the 26th, when the company is struck off and shares stop existing) your view is welcome.

as for that moron that posted at 1am last night: to listen to him (and I bet it's a him) there would be no such thing as fraud: anyone would be free to say anything at all, and if you fall for it that's your tough luck.

luckily, that's not how the law is written...

If it's bland and inoffensive, why not post it for those of us who aren't quite prepared to let this go yet? Let's see what lies Manduca has been telling the faithful...

I don't see what loan note holders have to gain from setting up a new company. Manduca has promised them that they will have the same equity stake as previously so nothing to gain except the money they raised was squandered on paying off debts in a company that will end up liquidated. This effectively means Manduca stands to gain a much larger shareholding in the new entity as he 'kills off' shareholders that didn't take up the loan notes.

To be honest CS, there's nothing that exciting, I kept screenshots of large swathes of what Mr Manduca had to say, but it's meaningless and bland.I wrote this off in Dec 2015, so I'm not letting myself get worked up about anything now. When a share delists, you never see anything ever again. OXS is currently suspended / delisted, and I had nearly £86k (10% in there). It was suspended within 24 hours of the PRG suspension, so 15% of my portfolio was wiped on Xmas eve. Nice eh?But... my beloved GVC is 100% up since then, so in effect I'd be quite happy to wave goodbye to OXS and PRG to have a large Capital gains tax write down. It's just an annoying loose end for me.
