28/12/2016 16:19 | I hear, incidentally, that this mythical funding isn't even to develop Lemphane any more, but to take advantage of opportunities in the diamond value chain wherever they occur. Which reminds me of nothing so much as the prospectus for that company in the south sea bubble: a "company for carrying on an undertaking of great advantage, but nobody to know what it is".You think any investor with more than two brain cells is going to invest in a la-la scheme like that? | club sandwich
25/12/2016 19:59 | You've been watching Blackadder Clubbie!Anyway, best wishes to you, me and all PRG holders, and let's hope that 2017 sees us all get a return on our investment. | festario
25/12/2016 09:35 | Merry Christmas everybody!* *Not Manduca, obviously; for him I hope the Yuletide log slips from the hearth and burns his house down... | club sandwich
22/12/2016 23:21 | Well? Still waiting for an answer? | club sandwich
19/12/2016 10:01 | Noujay - if he's not dodgy, where's this funding that he has been claiming would arrive 'this week' or 'any day now' - and has been doing so for months? | club sandwich
13/12/2016 11:41 | You didn't find the insight into his hedge fund career interesting? I did... | club sandwich
13/12/2016 11:39 | Neither fascinating, dodgy, or any actual tax troubles; but rather an appeal as to the tax treatments of certain income. He saw it one way, the revenue the other. Went to appeal and it went the way of the revenue. | noujay
13/12/2016 11:19 | looks like Dodgy Phil has been having troubles with the tax man! makes fascinating reading... | club sandwich
08/12/2016 13:01 | you say something, Gash? | club sandwich
07/12/2016 22:09 | Good luck all here | geheimnis2
07/12/2016 11:09 | "nor is it floated, nor does it have a prospectus" not floated yet: and wouldn't need a prospectus until it was. Manduca feeling charitable? This is the man who made very bullish statements on Oct 2nd 2015 - in interview and RNS - and suspended the company 6 weeks later without any warning to shareholders. very charitable! | club sandwich
07/12/2016 07:48 | Fest - the only 'charity' Manduca is interested in is himself! | club sandwich
06/12/2016 23:13 | That's because you are an utter foreskin. | beeks of arabia
06/12/2016 21:06 | Seems the director that resigned is a world leader in the field. | beeks of arabia
06/12/2016 21:03 | Just a cautionary note here Clubbie and SuperG.Whilst I thought that link originally looked bad, this doesn't look like a company being founded for profit, nor is it floated, nor does it have a prospectus that I can find. This could, I say 'could' be a charitable venture, or some similar non profit related vehicle. There are thousands of such 'companies' vested for tax reasons. | festario
06/12/2016 17:17 | Good find CS Well is no cancer expert and that looks like what it's about and connected to brain tumours etc. | superg1
06/12/2016 15:42 | well well well, take a look at this - Manduca's next scam is up and running! hxxp://companydb.uk/ look at the Directors - Manduca's wife and Titanium! And look at the date of incorporation - August 2016! So all the time s'holders were bailing Manduca out, and he was telling them he he was moving heaven and earth to put funding in place, he was setting up the next con! I just bet that in a year or two Neuroced will find a 'miracle cure' for something or other, will float (on AIM, of course!), and Manduca will fleece a whole new set of mug punters... As I suspected all along, the s'holders meetings were just stalling tactics to forestall any legal trouble and give him time to set up the next thing. will anyone deny now that manduca is an out-and-out con-man? or that PRG is dead? certainly Manduca seems to think so - he's already moved on... ever get the feeling you've been cheated? | club sandwich
06/12/2016 15:33 | a Manduca is a garden pest that preys on tomato plants it doesn't own. How very, very apt... hxxp://labs.russell. | club sandwich
05/12/2016 22:02 | Fake hard man visitor update, Clubby? | beeks of arabia
05/12/2016 21:00 | It's altogether very strange. I reckon the nomad would have a pretty hard job answering all the questions about the inconsistency in news, why the company was allowed to say what it did, why it *didn't* release a price-sensitive RNS before suspension... Either the nomad knew or they didn't: if they didn't it's on Manduca for withholding price-sensitive information... | club sandwich |
