I hear, incidentally, that this mythical funding isn't even to develop Lemphane any more, but to take advantage of opportunities in the diamond value chain wherever they occur. Which reminds me of nothing so much as the prospectus for that company in the south sea bubble: a "company for carrying on an undertaking of great advantage, but nobody to know what it is".You think any investor with more than two brain cells is going to invest in a la-la scheme like that?

Neither fascinating, dodgy, or any actual tax troubles; but rather an appeal as to the tax treatments of certain income. He saw it one way, the revenue the other. Went to appeal and it went the way of the revenue.

not floated yet: and wouldn't need a prospectus until it was.

Manduca feeling charitable? This is the man who made very bullish statements on Oct 2nd 2015 - in interview and RNS - and suspended the company 6 weeks later without any warning to shareholders. very charitable!

Just a cautionary note here Clubbie and SuperG.Whilst I thought that link originally looked bad, this doesn't look like a company being founded for profit, nor is it floated, nor does it have a prospectus that I can find.This could, I say 'could' be a charitable venture, or some similar non profit related vehicle.There are thousands of such 'companies' vested for tax reasons.

And look at the date of incorporation - August 2016!

So all the time s'holders were bailing Manduca out, and he was telling them he he was moving heaven and earth to put funding in place, he was setting up the next con! I just bet that in a year or two Neuroced will find a 'miracle cure' for something or other, will float (on AIM, of course!), and Manduca will fleece a whole new set of mug punters...

As I suspected all along, the s'holders meetings were just stalling tactics to forestall any legal trouble and give him time to set up the next thing.

will anyone deny now that manduca is an out-and-out con-man? or that PRG is dead? certainly Manduca seems to think so - he's already moved on...

It's altogether very strange. I reckon the nomad would have a pretty hard job answering all the questions about the inconsistency in news, why the company was allowed to say what it did, why it *didn't* release a price-sensitive RNS before suspension... Either the nomad knew or they didn't: if they didn't it's on Manduca for withholding price-sensitive information...
