endgame - want to mail me at westbrook.ian@googlemail.com, and we can chat privately?

That's my secondary email address - from there I'll let you have my primary. Don't want nasty trolls spamming me, now do we?

If you want, I'll put your letter to the FCA on the blog, to demonstrate this isn't just one person's grievance. Same goes for anyone else...

Anybody else who feels just slightly aggrieved below link. It does not take long to register you're complaint and the more red flags raised against PRG and Mr. Manduca the more likely an investigation:

"Market integrity
Ensuring stability and resilience; access, effectiveness and predictability; fairness and cleanliness; and the prevention of financial crime"

"Protection of market users
Securing appropriate degrees of protection for those who use or participate in markets"

Good luck "Better to die trying, than to fade away"

It's probably worth mentioning that the elephant in the room is Titanium Capital - a company owned by PM. The reason why I found what PM was saying so distasteful and ridiculous was because he was talking about PRG2/licenses being held under Titanium Capital rather than PRG as we knew it (because PRG PLC does not exist anymore). And it seemed to me that the loan notes was a way for some to pay and get a share in Titanium's interest in the licences. As I've always said - it's not for me to say whether PM is a liar or has done anything illegal - I just think he thinks he's a lot smarter than he thinks and that people are stupid enough to continue to trust him. Unfortunately the latter seems to me to be true at the moment and I don't think he can believe his luck that people stumped up more money to pay the outstanding office bill!I found him to be dismissive, intolerant, contradictory and sneery and not the kind of person I would want to invest in. Unfortunately it is my belief that ET is correct but I also don't see much hope for those who stumped up either. As they say, a leopard doesn't change his spots and plotting against a major shareholder is not something that ends or reflects well. All purely my own opinion.

I'm not concerned because they would have to wind-up and reform a different company in order to cancel the existing ordinary shares. Anything else is illegal.

Nice one PM Emotional blackmail to get PIs to stump up cash then or should I just remove the emotional bit.

That's how con men operate folks look it up.

Meanwhile, delisted companies like EEL, MDX, etc etc all the way back to dot coms such as EGS have had action groups.....

Looks like a Meldex type structure to me.

Nothing wrong with that, for those who bought the 2nd tranche and if it does well.

If what has been said is true though, the old equity is basically worthless.

It's all down to Manducas negotiating skills and contacts now.

"It is a private company and we are private shareholders" - well it's a private company NOW, Vince. And why is that? Because of Manduca's manifold lies and failures. As I've told you several times during our telephone conversations, you're a grown-up and are free to believe what you like. However, you have yourself admitted several times that nothing Manduca has promised has come to pass. Where is the funding he was expecting 3 weeks ago? You can say it's not his fault, it's the funders - but where has the funding been for the past 11 months? Where was the funding we were told was in place when PRG was listed (you know, *before* it was a private company)? I've told you in person, and I'll repeat it now - trust Manduca at your peril. You've admitted explicitly that your view on PRG is heavily coloured by your desperation not to lose your substantial investment. That's understandable - just don't expect us to forget it...

PM is ONLY willing to address Loan Note holders. Make of that what you will.
I have friends on both sides. i.e. Pre-delisting investors and Loan Note holders.
They do not receive generic communications from Vince, rather they are filtered.

Those friends who own ordinary shares ONLY have assumed that those shares will still be valid should PRG continue to operate. This has not been confirmed. During the Loan Note offer it was stated that security over existing ordinary shares would not be extended to those shareholders who do not subscribe to the new Loan Notes. This is in the covering letter and email communications, via Vince from PM.

It seems to be those that simply couldn't be bothered to sign up for, or read the shareholder group communications and Loan Note contracts that are doing all the name calling and bashing on here. The least informed. The lazy. That's your problem. DYOR

have we actually established whether ET's claim that PM has stated that old PRG shares are 'worthless' is true. I saw nothing in the message from vinceprg that answered that one way or another.

That worries me so much superg. Apart from the word slightly, it could be me! :)

Edit : as someone serious is now involved in getting answers, I will refrain from posting any more inane comments against CS. It is only fair that genuine shareholders here get answers to the questions that are being asked.

Best of luck Vince et al.

Vince can you post on that group not to do stupid things like visit CS as they claimed to be part of the group.

It seems highly likely it was one or more of them.
