Why would they wait 7 months to tell us the deal had fallen through?

WHY would the company wait from 28 Aug 2015, until 10 March 2016, to let shareholders know? They say the Deal had not happened due to funding being withheld,
A date had been decided upon. When it fell through, they should have let us know.
The Rns online told us that relist was planned for August 2015. It was public knowledge. I can't see why they would keep us waiting for 7 months ...

Any thoughts, jo jo jo? Targa?

In AuguSt 2015, shareholders noTed an Rns, with details of Paragon Relisting plans. August passed and no relist. September too and 5 more full months, Then

We get a company update on March 10, confirming that yes, they had planned to relist on Aug 28 2015, but due to funding being withheld, the deal didn't go ahead.

they waited 7 months before thinking to tell shareholders?

How can that be legal?, private company or not.

Still no sign of the funding....

When we were organising the complaints to the authorities, Mikes balls shrivelled up like raisins. You let everyone else put their name on the documents. You let down the shareholders and that's the truth.

The authorities now know that aim was mainly corrupt. Obviously they're not going to admit this. More stringent tests now in place for aim acceptance [notice how few companies are joining]. Hope this helps!

Well at least we tried! The authorities are involved. It brought heat on the directors. It didn't bring our money back but at least we put up some resistance. You just kept silent like a coward
