Well v strange Barclays got information from them on the 27th about consolidation in shares 100-1 but have no information on when they will be back. They said it is v strange that they did a consolidation without giving a date to relist So all in all we know f.ck all (nothing new there!)

in response to the question 'How many shares do you have.?' then my response is that you should never ask a lady her age!!!
(I have enough shares to make it worthwhile following events - but not enough to lose sleep over if they end up a Madagascar creek without a paddle).
I have to keep :-) as I can't take this lot seriously anymore.....

With a boatload of aussies waiting to sell UK investors may need to get in line

Quote from the group they bought the license from, Perth-based M.R.E Mining Ltd;
"We aim to divest our exploration licenses into internationally listed vehicles
[then sell the shares] to generate returns to the shareholder group"

Kammi. It aint me on the significant shareholders list. I do know Ryan R though. He advised me to buy these. What a fool i was to listen. i was doing fine on the market following my own instincts. I do however have quite a holding, and look forward to the relist. good luck.

Siri, something is going on. My barclays account is now showing 100 to 0ne consolidation in the shares. It happened last week so may be this is preparation for relisting. Siri we do not have as many shares as you, I know you appear on the significant shareholders list. Good luck to you . Lets hope we get some money back.

Just a reminder of the old nvta days... I spoke to a Madagascan miner at a convention in Mauritius. Mining in Madagascar is hard. Foreign companies have large fixed costs and fail miserably. Just look how nvta got through millions. imho

Looks like they need another large dose of Duphalac as they haven't bothered to mention the planned event on their website yet

And whilst on the subject of the 'new company' then as the Company's main country of operation will be Madagascar then lets hope the Ariary flows in abundance:

'movement at last' - Yes, they must have taken Duphalac - Hopefully they haven't stopped after the first dose and have continued to utilize the whole bottle. Look forward to the News Flow.

Morning all,

Anyone seen this on the London Stock Exchange - Paragon Resources expected first day of trading 31.08.15.

"Conditional on Admission to AIM, Paragon will acquire (through the acquisition of intermediate companies) a 100 per cent. interest in a potential bulk tonnage rare earth project located in central Madagascar (the "Ambato Project"). The Ambato Project comprises two tenements covering a total area of approximately 450 square kilometres with the potential for large tonnage, high grade rare earth mineral deposits as well as evidence of several other styles of mineral deposit. The consideration for the acquisition will be the issue of new ordinary shares in Paragon. The Company's main country of operation will be Madagascar".

Seems like the same lot with the mention of Simon Hunt.

N. Marland. You sound like a pitiful man.
Just because the chairman spent a day avoiding my calls doesnt mean you couldnt give him a try. You are a shareholder with questions after all.
It annoys me how some shareholders expect the others to do all the legwork.
Youve made no effort.
