01/6/2015 09:03 | NOVENTA ALL OVER AGAIN... I got caught by the fundraisings. Any rise in the share price was sold into. The mine was a farce! | targatarga
28/5/2015 20:26 | These minnows always say such things when they consolidate! I guess a little dilution is on the way, to fund future activity/JORC'ing: perhaps £400k? Pre-emption rights have to be removed to facilitate both the aforementioned fundraise and the acquisition of the mine/asset for shares. If they can get it for shares issued at 0.22p or better, it would be great news for holders and could eliminate any real dilution. May prove a better bet than Hunter! LOL. IMPO/DYOR/NAI Jo | jojo_jo
28/5/2015 15:12 | The reason given for the consolidation in the EGM notice was quite delusional "The Board's opinion is this will enhance the prestige of the company's shares" | bam bam rubble
28/5/2015 14:57 | Omni shambles. They have very poor organisational skills. Make things up as you go along,it seems to me is how it works here. Did the chairman ever get any education? Speechless at my stupidity to invest in here. | kammi1
27/5/2015 20:03 | There is now an updates on website ! | mhw28865
27/5/2015 17:18 | Well - I have 1.7 million of these based on the very positive RNS's, by both the Noventa and Paragon Resources Boards in the past. The company does not communicate to me though nor does my broker - Barclays Stockbrokers. Hopefully, there is plenty to write after yesterday's AGM (including a RNS)to confirm the likely successful re-admission to A.I.M. (as described by the company in it's last news item): - and because there is plenty to write, that is why the update / minutes is not as immediate as usual. That is my optimistic belief. | n.marland
27/5/2015 07:31 | Pretty surprised there is no update? Maybe they are having an all night party with the rest of our money. All but written this one off. | 72nov
26/5/2015 19:29 | I checked the website then gave them a call but the office was closed by then so hopefully hear something tomorrow. | mhw28865
26/5/2015 17:37 | No. And the company website has not been updated. I guess we find out tomorrow | sirigold
26/5/2015 17:19 | Anybody got any news on how it went today? | mhw28865
22/5/2015 08:28 | Wally. They have shafted us no end. Lost faith in the directors. | sirigold
09/5/2015 13:06 | When will it be re listed spazz? Have you asked the chairman? | sirigold
07/5/2015 21:21 | It's easiest if you follow the link and read the whole PDF ... you'll need to substitute the hxxp with http as per usual. | spazzz
07/5/2015 21:16 | Spazzz...have you just edited your post for some reason? From reading it things looked pretty rosy at last. | devil20
07/5/2015 21:00 | Website has been updated with AGM notice (26th May) - anyone going? hxxp://www.paragon-r Quite a bit of info re proposed acquisition of MRE Mining (Mauritius) Limited and reorganisation of share capital / share consolidation. | spazzz
26/3/2015 15:23 | Before may very doubtful. I believe Simon Hunt has told a shareholder it will be july or august before the AGM. | sirigold
26/3/2015 14:31 | If they can buy the mine/asset for shares (or mostly shares) at the pre-suspension price (0.22p) or higher it would be brilliant. I imagine replacement loan notes for at least £300k to be issued, with the current ones (£295k worth) being converted at 0.0833p. The price these new 'replacement' notes convert at should be higher, perhaps 1.5p+. Depends on the perception of quality of the asset. £300k cash might be enough to get to JORC (assuming the asset hasn't already been JORC assessed). Interesting times ahead. With a bit of luck we'll be re-listed before May. Jo | jojo_jo
26/3/2015 09:51 | Just ring him and stop being a scaredy cat. Call from a different number ;) | sirigold
26/3/2015 08:23 | Sirigold, I would be he will not speak to me after a few choice words a while back :-) | mhw28865
26/3/2015 08:18 | Hoped the shares issued to MRE would be higher than 0.10. That would really suck. | sirigold
25/3/2015 20:22 | Any thoughts on what financing will be required? I guess £500k minimum (unless they're getting the mine for next to nothing or shares). Either way that would likely call for c.£800k worth of new shares, including loan note conversion shares. These will probably be issued at 0.1p possibly higher, but the conversion shares will be issued at 0.0833 regardless, unless this drags on until July. This could correct positively and quickly if the REE asset is high quality and reasonably priced. IMPO DYOR NAI Jo | jojo_jo
25/3/2015 11:28 | Mhw. Why dont you ask the chairman and report back to us! | sirigold
25/3/2015 06:58 | So had i Spazz but seems to be a litttle light at the end of the tunnel:-) Lets hope they get it back up trading soon! Anybody else heard anything times etc ? | mhw28865 |
