This pretty much will be a new company, and is being listed for the first time. It is currently private, and needs to go public once more. It might be worth asking about

Simone. As far as I know an IPO is only used when a Co gets listed for the first time. I haven't heard of it being used in any other form...but I could be wrong.

Mike, its probable that he meant IPO...... its one way of raising the capital... an interesting twist

He released an rns at hunter, after being asked to do so by a shareholder, when the shareprice dipped today. maybe he will confirm, if an IPO is happening?

I wonder what sort of price they open at. Hopefully a little bit better than Hunter Resources, Simons other company chairmanship.

Its 67% down in share price since it was relisted.

What was the share price at suspension 0.22p? My average of 4p will never be seen, barring a miracle .
What are your holdings and averages guys?

Just spoke to the HUN CEO Simon Hunt. Single seller sold 1.4m shares and no reason for the drop. Load it up was the message. He was surprised as me to see the share price down so hard and they are still very much on track here.

I got a reply from Simon.
"Sorry to have missed your call. I probably didn¹t recognise the number. We are still working on the proposed IPO to get the company re-listed as
announced in September last year.
I know this is frustrating but these processes always take a lot longer than hoped. It is coming together so please bear with me. It should happen during the first quarter."

ukpatco. your wasting your time. i can tell you that the admission document is nowhere near ready and will be another 3 months minimum before relist.

Makes you wonder why he told us it would be ready in Q4 2014. THE guy is misleading us every time, its making my life very difficult. i needed my money back

He did good, but no chinese yet ;)
I read about a guy this morning, he knew nothing about horseracing. He put on an 8 horse accumulator, and picked them by names. Isnt That lucky, Racer Forever and A Dream Come True, and other silly names, lived up to their billing, when all 8 horses, which were fairly long odds won, at 2000,000 to 1. He had a 50p stake... Imagine that ;)

Simon really needs to wake up and smell the Coffee. The deal is taking too long. Every deadline is missed. Agribusiness strategy turned out to be a farce. When will he finally do something good for us.?

Mike. My brother landed a 7 team soccer accumulator yesterday, £3 stake returned £400. Hope he will treat us to a chinese tonight ;)

3 trading days left in Q4. Still a chance for the company to live up to their word. Otherwise, I am going to start losing faith in them

Like. Really Mike. Can you believe how he said they would release a general meeting notice un Q4 and then doesnt bother. It just gets on my wick. I could be doing with my money out of these shares. As it is we are delisted, with no idea if ir when it will be back.

Now delisted.
No notice of general meeting.
No idea if they will be relisted.
When?

How can one enjoy xmas with this going on.

Didnt they say something about releasing news in the final quarter of this year? Im still waiting but theres no sign of it.

The lack of updates in slightly worrying.
Correct me if im wrong, byt the company said that a general notice would be posted to shareholders during Q4. That is looking less and less likely .
I just wish they would stick to their word for once. We have been in suspension for 9 months now . I am finding it frustrating for sureb
