The 175K buy seems to have virtually exhausted the stock at this level again.TDW are only showing 25K available online.

Not many available at all and tracking the trades for the last couple of weeks one can see why.Another buy has just been reported so would expect further movement here shortly.

-buying friday was very tight on-line. It's one of those shares which has just been far too oversold and the more one investigates what they are upto, the more exciting it gets.

With continued buying today we can expect further rises quite quickly I would guess.

Also another director buy to possibly report.

Placed this one on the UPS thread today as having done a little research seem to feel that they may well be getting a slice of the action in respect of the Sport for School incentive.

If it is proved in the forthcoming results then we can expect to kiss sub 1p goodbye. With cash in the bank presently covering the current share price one may be considered silly for not having a bet on this one.

I'll be watching tomorrow to see if we get any follow through buying from late Fridays move higher. The spread is rather tight and I expect not to many to be available for online purchase but we shall see.

Monis although your article is very pertinent it is also a little old. Here are a couple of mor recent ones showing that the Government is still ploughing money into this venture

£500m boost for sport in schools

The Government has announced a £500m boost for PE teaching and sports participation in schools.

The additional funding will be used to give all children access to at least two hours of PE and sport in school by 2010, with a further two hours available outside of school hours.

Schools sport partnerships, a 400-strong network of specialist sports colleges and expert coaching for talented youngsters will all benefit from the extra money.

Prime Minister Tony Blair said the additional money showed the Government's commitment to improving the health and well-being of young people.

Speaking at the announcement of the new funding at a South London secondary school, Mr Blair said: "This investment will give today's children new opportunities to take part in sport - inside and outside the school gate and before, during and after the school day.

"Sport is not only important for its own sake. It teaches kids how to win and lose and how to be part of a team.

"It is also important in tackling obesity in young people and can act as an antidote for anti-social behaviour by channelling their energies."

Culture, Media and Sport Minister Tessa Jowell said the funding would help create a new generation of stars in time for the 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games.

She said: "This investment will mean that we hit our targets for increasing participation for all, and that we'll be able to provide the competitive framework for the stars of this generation to perform at the highest level - making them ready, we hope, to shine at a London Games in 2012."

The new funding means the total investment in PE and schools sport in the five years up to 2008 will be more than £1,500m.

MONIS - Interesting if they can turn it into a growth business. We will have to see what the results will bring.

Yep and with a million in the bank and market capitalisation below a million it makes for an even more compelling story.

Topvest- What is exciting here is their Sport in Schools company. Having researched this I'm under the impression that this is a huge growing market as new government requirements cannot be fulfilled by the schools themselves and are be outsourced to companies like Pantheon Leisure.

You guys seem to be getting a bit carried away now. It is good value below a penny. It has to prove its business model or do a transforming deal to move to the levels that you are talking about. Both are possibilities and the director buying is encouraging, but this will take time.

It is Westside Acquisitions which own a majority of their shares. Their results are due out in the next couple of weeks and so I suspect we will get the Pantheon results at the same time.

Dod- Maybe 2006? Well I think even those that paid top dollar at the float will still make good profits here.

They were finding their feet at first now is a different story and they still have nearly £1m in the bank and the market cap is £900,000 plus they are turning over pretty big revenues which are only going to get bigger and they are expanding into a very lucrative business plus other possible aquisitions if and when they want to.

At these prices they're a no brainer.
Plus all the recent director buys to back up what I have just said.

I dipped my toe in with 100,000 (2 lots of 50,000). So got them at a good price.

500,000 probably another director buy. I think there could be some interesting developments quite soon.
