("M&L Property & Assets plc" or the "Company")
De-listing from AIM
On 29th February 2016, M&L Property & Assets plc (AIM: PHU) announced that the resignation of the Company's Nominated Adviser (the "Nomad") had become effective and, as a result, pursuant to AIM Rule 1, the Company’s shares would remain suspended from trading on AIM until a new Nomad had been appointed.
The Company has not been able to reach an agreement for the appointment of a replacement Nomad and, as a consequence, the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM is expected to be cancelled at 7.00 a.m. on 31st March 2016.
As a result of the Company de-listing, M&L Property & Assets plc will no longer be able to release announcements via an RNS, and therefore the Company will provide updates via its website (www.mandlpaplc.com) as appropriate.
