For what ever reason RS made the comment In the very near future is clearly not the case anymore.

Shareholders are back to patiently waiting. Could be next week could be 6 months

I suspect it was purely a pump the price exercise doing his mates a favour, create volume allowing Darwin to flog a few at inflated prices.

I'm going to try a reverse jinx and say that there is no way we will get a result in 2015, maybe that will work.

Some largish trades both buys and sells of late, signify that no one currently has any more knowledge about the arbitration outcome than the rest of us.

'Very near future' imho means by the end of November 2015 but the previous prediction of 'by the end of December 2014' was wildly out b4 so 2016 is still not impossible.

'very near future' was a very strong phrase to use, especially in light of his 'end 2014' prediction. Hopefully he knows more than we do...

Price of gold apparantly fell yesterday to lowest for 6 years though I doubt that that will have any bearing on the OXS decision even if the company wins.

Claim range excluding Khandiza restitution is $552.4m to $1250.5m!

Payout at 715 million shares:

$552.4m = $0.77
$643.5m = $0.90
$715m = $1
$786.5m = $1.10
$858m = $1.20
$929.5m = $1.30
$1001m = $1.40
$1072.5m = $1.50
$1144m = $1.60
$1215.5m = $1.70
$1250.5m = $1.75

Have to take Calunius take off this and add any interest payment awarded.
Also should receive basic legal costs currently $6.15m.

I believe Uzbekistan govermeil can settle any time prior to arbitration result.
So nothing to stop them making us an offer of $400 million just to go away especially if they think they may lose the case and have to maybe pay double that amount.

Was reading about legal financiers like juridica and commented on this alternative asset sector. Sems there's a concern that the people who fund litigants efforts and take interest on the payout are under pressure from disappointing payouts. Not connected to oxus in any way but it interesting that there is a general concern were finance suppliers may be influencing outcomes
