17/11/2015 19:37 | "so would expect a result within 2 weeks" I hope you're right. I've only been here for around 10 months, yet it seems like a lifetime! | papillon
17/11/2015 18:02 | Great set up... Personal view on 'in the very near future' would be 2months so would expect a result within 2 weeks | the stigologist
17/11/2015 16:44 | All chant in time 'for the greater good' & 'in the very near future'.......'I do believe in spooks, I do believe in spooks' Gla M | medauntouchable
17/11/2015 16:39 | The MM`s seem to have it right now, give the sellers a very low price. They can make it a 1p spred for me. | kun aguero1
17/11/2015 16:02 | Edgein I AGREE OXS is the best bet at the moment. We should get our result in the very near future. | luckyman3
17/11/2015 15:56 | maytrees, Agreed, CHL could have another year or 18 months to run imo. OXS is now around 18 months after final hearing and some anticipate fair compensation in the very near future. Regards, Ed. | edgein
17/11/2015 15:56 | Edgein - I agree. | maytrees
17/11/2015 15:53 | Ross, There is still the question there of who really owns that CHL licence, also when is their final hearing? I don't see many positive statements from their CEO either, not when you compare it to RS' recent comments made some 18 months after the final hearing for OXS. I'm staying well clear of CHL, looks much higher risk than OXS, OXS licence ownership was never an issue and the interference since they entered the country is crystal clear. After reading that CHL report today I'm not sure I'd risk any money there. If OXS come in big, i.e. fair compensation, I'll perhaps punt a little money but I'd have to read more about the current actions of the Indonesian government and their licence ownership dispute. Its got more of a feel of UEN, PTR, Tinman etc from it. Regards, Ed. | edgein
17/11/2015 15:53 | Hayfield 17 Nov'15 - 15:30 - 28303 of 28308 0 1 Heavy selling today not to be ignored. Something significant has happened and the ordinary investor-punter here will be last to find out . >>>>> Actually volume on AIM today is low and below average. Look at the volume chart. Report the facts. Are you trying to cause panic amongst PI's? | papillon
17/11/2015 15:50 | O/T Tx rossannan I had expected CHL to settle and OXS to go all the way. The latter seems likely but I wonder now about the former. | maytrees
17/11/2015 15:48 | remind me, is Simon C still long in OXS?? | nash81
17/11/2015 15:46 | Yourself included sos100. Let's try and keep the discussion on the subject and not start making stupid comments | hayfield
17/11/2015 15:33 | all for balance posts but i think some people should stay of the drugs... | sos100
17/11/2015 15:31 | O/T Does anyone know of other AIM quoted cos awaiting arbitration results soon? Not CHL where they are well behind OXS. | maytrees
17/11/2015 15:31 | hayfield, from what I have read, funds are taken care of into 2016. But I no expert here, others will hopefully endorse my thoughts. | kun aguero1
17/11/2015 15:30 | Heavy selling today not to be ignored. Something significant has happened and the ordinary investor-punter here will be last to find out . | hayfield
17/11/2015 15:28 | News leaking? Or are they going to go to the market for additional funding? | hayfield
17/11/2015 15:26 | lol Pennyfalls But you are probably correct. The share price drop following a largish sell tends not to be for so long these days - possibly MMs too are becoming nervous? | maytrees
17/11/2015 15:25 | penny, yea from reading the posts, it must seem like lth and others are walking in sand, torturous. | kun aguero1
17/11/2015 15:22 | kun...most people on this board have been here so long and are so entrenched in their views they'd see an angle in a circle! | pennyfalls
17/11/2015 14:44 | unlike you, I was not being antagonistic, merely engaging in a discussion relating to "stop losses". The first post relating to stop losses intimated that they were available at I.G. it was then I made the first post. Then ross, after good research came up with the fact that stop losses were not available at I.G. At that point to balance the earlier view, I altered the perception. Nothing mysterious or fantasy based, just engaging in healthy discussion. | kun aguero1
17/11/2015 12:31 | kun aguero1 17 Nov'15 - 08:37 - 28277 of 28295 0 0 on the other hand, this seems like a bookie offering you a good deal because like all bookies, somebody has an inside informant. A stop loss offer is a great deal and will get ig plenty of business, and ig know they are in no danger of having to pay out. bookies never lose. kun aguero1 17 Nov'15 - 10:01 - 28286 of 28295 0 0 on the other hand, the bookie, I.G. knows there is still a chance oxs could fold, interesting. >>>>> The "bookie" knows nothing. Stop fantasising. | papillon
