Personally I take my guidance from the company, noone here knows when the outcome will be. Guessing Q4 15, Q1 16 etc is a pointless exercise when we had this comment from the CEO regarding both merits and quantum just 4 weeks ago:

"Outlook

The directors remain confident that the Arbitral Tribunal will, in the very near future, rule in the Group's favour and that fair compensation will be awarded for both the AGF and Khandiza mining assets, which were blatantly misappropriated by the Republic of Uzbekistan. In this respect, the Board will continue to take whatever steps it deems necessary to ensure the return of value to the Company's long-suffering stakeholders."

Wulber,

Very very interesting comparison as they thought they ultimately had around 17m Oz (Oxus target was 24m Oz). It makes the Oxus claim look very modest indeed against what were assets at a similar stage in a world class area. Especially when you add in Khandiza on top of that.

Interesting comparison for OXS, but OXS producing twice as much and look at what Rusoro are claiming!

This is why I think some here maybe surprised at the size of OXS award:

Rusoro Mining on Thursday filed a $3.03-billion claim in its arbitration against the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela before the World Bank's International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).

Rusoro, owned by Russia's Agapov family, was the only large gold miner operating in Venezuela. It produced about 100 000 oz of gold in the country during 2010, and about 80 000 oz in 2011.

Rusoro's claims alleged violations by Venezuela of several guarantees of the Canada-Venezuela BIT, under which it counted expropriation of its investments in Venezuela without adequate compensation; failing to accord to its investments fair and equitable treatment and full protection and security; as well as failing to guarantee Rusoro the unrestricted transfer of its investments and returns in Venezuela.
