01/11/2015 16:24 | Some are certainly wanting the price lower! - it maybe they have sold on the jump and want to buy back in - as the buy/sell rating on this site has gone up to 20/11 from something like 20/1. | dave444
01/11/2015 15:10 | I agree, rossannan. Too dangerous to short. | papillon
01/11/2015 14:16 | 1m at 1.6p! you lucky person (hopefully)! | paule3
01/11/2015 14:12 | Still very hopeful of a win. Feel more and more sure that OXS will offload the debt collection, but no bad thing as the timescale will be shorter, albeit that the payback will be smaller. Holding 1 million at 1.6p in my SIPP, foggy here in London, hoping for clarity tomorrow... | riskier
01/11/2015 14:04 | Stig, if you're confident, then I'm confident.I don't hold with charts or TA at all, but you've been pretty much on the money these last few months. | festario
01/11/2015 13:45 | 100% success rate. Wow. Lets hope this record continuous with the Ox as well. Gla | 78steve

01/11/2015 13:43 | Any ideas for venue of the £1 party ? | the stigologist
01/11/2015 13:43 | Confident of a big up candle this week with or without THE RNS | the stigologist
01/11/2015 13:37 | 20 December 2013 Rurelec PLC ("Rurelec" or "the Company") Anticipated Arbitration Award Date and Loan Extension Rurelec PLC (AIM:RUR), the operator and developer of power generation capacity internationally, announces that it has been informed by the President of the Arbitration Tribunal considering Rurelec's claim for compensation for the nationalisation of its Bolivian assets that notification of the award is now anticipated to occur before the end of January 2014. >>>>> I'm expecting a similar RNS from OXS soon announcing the date by which the UNCITRAL award will be notified. Perhaps next week? Fingers crossed. | papillon
01/11/2015 12:18 | Totally agree. There is no certainty here. It is not a done deal. It could just as easily go to 0 if they lose.Marmie | marmiesz
01/11/2015 12:09 | There is so much complacency and taking things for granted on here....Everyone talks about calanius cut and %ages yet here we are without a decision....The time for cuts and %ages is after a decision not before.Let's keep it in perspective....we haven't had a decision and you lot are all ready to spend your money. | thejaba
01/11/2015 11:06 | 78steve - they have a 100% success rate so far! | pennys2pounds
01/11/2015 10:57 | Does anyone know what Calunious success rate is in cases they converted to success as compared to the cases they took on that had failed. GLA | 78steve
01/11/2015 10:37 | i think with a judgement in hand and all the uzbeck assets abroad there is a 100% chance of recovery. 30% off face value looks realistic to me. | cutandpolished61
01/11/2015 10:29 | Yes and that still a 8 bagger from here! | wulber
01/11/2015 10:22 | that would leave oxs with around $450 mio considering the lowest reward expectation and the highest expected calunius fee. is a further 30% reduction realistic if oxs would sell on the award? | cutandpolished61
01/11/2015 10:17 | Wulber - I keep it in dollars because the exchange rate changes constantly and therefore pound calculations become out of date very quickly. Circa your sterling values is where they work out. | dave444
01/11/2015 09:51 | Dave, so that equates to a payout of between 50p and £1.15 less Calunius cut! | wulber
01/11/2015 09:47 | Cutandpolished - if you look at the OXS RNS re the subject it would appear from RS comments that a mixture of elements will contribute to the amount they get including the length of time it takes to get an arbitration result. What we do know is that Calunius are competitive and according to the Russoro chief offered the best deal! | dave444
01/11/2015 09:18 | No one knows, it all depends on the deal RS has struck. The usual methods for Calunius are a fixed multiple or a percentage. Add to this there is usually a cap on maximum payout. According to Calunius web site :- - The multiple is likely to be 5-6x funding so £50-60 million - The percentage is up to 30% of payout - again probably capped at £100m | tony_currie |
