Dusseldorf I agree with you that perhaps RAB have been made inside which would prevent them trading in the shares ahead of the announcement "in the very near future".

Just a thought, but given the selling appears to be somewhat limited and RAB did hold pre-conversion stock of 7m (when we thought they'd sold down to 0), it may well be that they were approached a few weeks back along with other CLN holders and have effectively been made 'insiders' by receiving a level of information above that of us normal holders.

They may not know the outcome, but it wouldn't take much more info to be made an insider which puts in place trading restrictions. If we see a change of holding we know they are not - but I suspect RAB et al are locked at the moment, which basically means any sale is PI banking profit/mitigating risk.
