   Oxford Technology 3 Venture Capital Trust Plc 
 
   Dividend of 15p per share 
 
   The Company announces that it will be paying an interim dividend of 15 
pence on each ordinary share. 
 
   The ex-dividend date is 28(th) April 2016. 
 
   The record date for the dividend is 29(th) April 2016. 
 
   The payment date is 13(th) May 2016. 
 
   Following the 7p dividend paid on 19(th) February 2016 the Company has 
now paid shareholders 22p in dividends following the sale of Telegesis. 
In addition, supporting investments have been made in several portfolio 
companies: GBP34k in Scancell, GBP50k in Immunobiology and GBP200k in 
Plasma Antennas, as well as the Company exercising GBP425k worth of 
warrants held in Ixaris. 
 
   The Board would like to remind shareholders that the size of the VCT is 
relatively small - following the sale of Telegesis in November 2015, the 
remaining portfolio is relatively concentrated.  The Directors have 
retained sufficient cash to provide the flexibility to support the 
Company's remaining portfolio and to cover ongoing running costs of the 
VCT.
