THEY are looking to make acquisitions, the new director has a great pedigree.......why would he get it wrong here?

They are not drawing a salary until they make an acquisition.....

I do admit this company will only be around for about 2 years most likely comparing with the last two they tried running...

but they seem to be doing much better this time around and look how much the share price hit back then....

I dont believe we need rampers as they will boom on there own accord,
I do feel sorry for the people buying in on the top end of the scale but as people say DYOR and at least and watch it a few months before buying in....

I would say do only a small punt here as there is much safer bets to play but as ive said this could be a mutli bagger in a couple of months.
I can see this MAYBE hitting 9p as soon as a bit of good news is released.

These are not an amazing buy but I do believe you could treble your money here if you play the game right.

This sounds promising.

Nigel Weller began his City career in 1967, gaining a broad range of experience
in stockbroking and investment. He has held senior positions in Bisgood Bishop,
Morgan Stanley and James Capel and was a founder shareholder and managing
director of a brokerage, Javelin Securities. He is a member of the Securities
Institute and the Institute of Directors. He is an appointed representative of
Alfred Henry Corporate Finance Limited and a director of Alltrue Investments
Plc, which is traded on AIM, and its subsidiary Falcon Securities (UK) Limited,
a stockbroker. He has been instrumental in conducting a number of transactions
in which companies have been re-admitted to AIM by means of a CVA, and have
subsequently made acquisitions of substantive businesses. He had been a director
of the Company at an earlier period, but he resigned from office in July 2002,
before the Company acquired its present businesses.

Beata Xenophontes is qualified as an accountant and she has worked within
Jeffreys Henry LLP, Chartered Accountants since 2001, where she has had
experience in their tax, business support and off-shore departments. She worked
as an accountant at Chelepis Watson for about two years before joining Jeffreys
Henry in 2001.

The Proposed Directors have specific experience of the sectors in which the
Company is proposing to seek acquisitions. They also have experience of making
acquisitions and they will use this experience to identify appropriate targets,
carry out due diligence and negotiate acquisitions. They will be able to call on
independent expertise in those sectors. They will not be drawing any
remuneration until the Company makes an acquisition.

NWD Group plc did not go as well as they hoped but OVD could be a multi bagger... Shame about the wide spread ATM but hopefully things will get on track soon.

But my major worry is:

The company was incorporated in March 2000 as Windfall Share Plc and changed its name to Netwindfall PLC in June 2000. Later, it changed its name to NWD Group plc in 2002 and to Ovidia Investments PLC in June 2007. Ovidia Investments is headquartered in London, United Kingdom.
They do like to jump about abit but lets hope they can pull this off....

Jaknife comments are not at all true DYOR,
The interim report was good as they announced a swing into a first half profit and hit 7.5p not bad....thats x3s what its currently at now so again Jak is talking rubbish!
Just think if a good report comes out in december it could be x4-x5 that sitting at 10p

But just a word of warning dont put all your eggs in to one basket here...

if you wish to talk to OVD direct give them a bell.... +44-20-7823-2823

PS
CFM court case is happening on the 18th if they win you will see the share price at least have a 80% rise i believe but remember there is a risk involed! No risk no reward, Just aheads up.

TLEE,

No idea but it is really strange behaviour, especially taking the time to diss a company of which he does not hold shares........I have never understood that!

Every share that has gone up lately I see JakNife saying they are a scam or a pump and dump, I just cant get my head around this? Has he lost out on alot of money on a pump and dump?

an opinion is fine. Stocks trade on buyers and sellers and someone will alwyas be right and some wrong. Can someone ban JakNife on here, as it annoys me when someone copies and pastes the same item continually.
It is not as if they add anything new to a previous comment.
