I don't think an offer will happen either as those involved know the true value is much higher than the current share price The company in my opinion will carry on as is and will announce some big contract wins imminently.

He's a conman always has been, he has posted false bid stories on here for 15 years and not one has come true.

Go and search the threads started by "buystock" which is a old name he used and
you see what he was like many years ago.

One of his first usernames was william47 and 74graham spamming everywhere with
false stories of bids

And now 10 odd years later he is still at it out of control pump and dumping
of insolvent companies clinging to life

Get it through your thick head, Vodafone have lent them some working capital in order to stop them going bust, and Vodafone being in breach of their SLAs with their end customers, the loan is using the UC platform as collateral. If by some miracle OUT become successful, they pay Voda their loan back and continue to function autonomously if they don't sell anything, Vodafone take the UC platform out of OUT data centre, put it in their own, transfer the licences with Microsofts blessing and OUT cease to exist.There will be no bid because A. Vodafone have a lien against the key asset.B. No one will bid for a company where the key asset is tied up with a Third Party.Why don't you understand this?

The Telegraph Amazon sales soar on cloud computing growth
Amazon’s cloud computing unit, Amazon Web Services, saw revenues increase by 64pc to $2.57bn, and operating income soared by 161pc to $716m in the first quarter. Amazon Web Services now contributes about 40pc of group total operating income.

Not one buy in the afternoon nobody is listening to your spam buystock.

Just like the spam in IRG you posted under a string on usernames and twitter
accounts and now that is almost 0p just a fraction above it. There is definately
a ulterior motive to trying to trap people into stocks before they go bust.
Maybe you work for a bucket shop that is going to provide funding before the
slow death because nobody would go to these lengths to open over 20 twitter
accounts and have gone though over 1000 usernames on here over the last 15 years.

It's bonkers.....

Funny if you go back 2 weeks they are all posting the same links on a different
stock and that happens to be the same as you on advfn.

You must think people are fools not to see what you are up to.

It's getting a bit crazy buystock. If I research this more I wonder just how many
twitter accounts you have , 20....50...100

If there was such a thing as fraud police for stuff like this you would be banged
to rights.

Every single one of those accounts has posted the exact same string of OUT links
and they all follow each other to give the impression they have a good following
when most are the same person.

It's just incredible the lengths you are going to currently to try and con others
