Ortac Resources Ltd, the AIM listed exploration and mine development company, announces that it was today notified that today Mr Anthony Balme, Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 200,000 ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") using his ISA at a price of 2.75p per share.

Following this transaction, Anthony Balme will have a beneficial interest in 9,788,902 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 6.58 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
