Paternoster bought the holding in September and are only issuing an RNS because the % has changed since the last placing. It's clear that neither of you has a clue about this company.

Lots of volume churn over the last 2-3 weeks; can't be far off 50% of the issued shares. If we can hold around these levels, it suggests stale holders / placees are out and we might build a base to take us to the 0.1p level that take us to nearer fair value for the investment assets with ZERO in for Kremnica.

A positive AGM announcement tomorrow will see a sharp rise, if not it can be shorted just as fast - as all LT genuine holder will appreciate my reality check.

will look back in about 10:15 /10:30GMT tomorrow (15 mins for greetings, 1 /1-1/2 hour before news is out!). or also will look out for RNS later on in the day or for presentation pdf on OTC's website.
