The company knowing that Slovakia was going to take longer than expected to appease the environmental lobby et al ( of which the judicial process is now going in their favour, see last RNS) - the company has been investing in other Gold and Copper companies to hedge their bets and restore shareholder value.
Zamsort is moving into production shortly and they effectively own 144,000 ounces of AU in Casa Mining via their shareholding.

Having invested just over £29k in OTC many years ago - still holding. The holding is now worth just under £500.

Now I could buy the same number of shares for about £1500. The question is are we going to make some money here. Is OTC going to be able to get the mine working?

I dare say the grant of options to directors recently issued at a very fair price of 0.05p a 66% premium to the then share price, speaks loudly of the directors surety of the future value that will be realized and the inherent value in the firm.

Traders here will gladly take their 5-10% no doubt.

We are building up to a potential 1Billion shares trading day,which will either
be on the Death knell of OTC or its defining travelling to greater things.

If it`s the latter,then all weak hands and shorts will be gifting to the bargain
of that day.


I somewhat doubt there will be any Death knell here.

You really have to pay top offer to get just £800 pounds worth of stock. The float is not much. going up on every buy.
Still selling @ way below $10 an ounce. That's absolute minimum giveaway price for a 1.3m Jorc'd gold asset. or $13m.
Chuck in the Other investments that are worth a tidy sum.
Something afoot by the looks of things.

Millions of Citizens in Europe do not realise that "Bailins"is the supposed blueprint.

What would it take to have more Joe Bloggs competing with the Sovereign
buyers for Vaulted gold (not Paper).

The Gangsters of Paper Gold Manipulation would love to do what they did
in 2013,yet several such Nukes by the BIS into the futures Market have had fleeting success recently,as they now weigh up Physical Gold shortages against
the Big Physical Buyers eyeing $1320 and possibly a potential of no gold for
opportunistic bids at $1313.


We shall see,yet there is an inevitability of the fact that Paper Gold cannot fill the huge Black Holes of - Gone forever Gold and mountains of owed Gold !!.

I wouldn't like to say. All I can glean from the last RNS is that things are moving in the right direction.
What I would say is; The Market is ascribing precisely ZERO Value to this Project of 1.32m ounces of gold (jorc).
I'm sure there are interested investors / companies who would love a chunk of this potential at a market value for OTC of £1.6m.

Meant to say. Well done OTC for progressing the Slovakian Assets and applications and standing toe to toe to get them past the judge.
This is by no means a project with no hope. And the share price will reward.
Take all the assets together, it's really not hard to justify a £10m/£15m mk cap.

Yes still about just, but been in Alexandria for 9 months only back for a few weeks b4 going back to complete a handover on a port project.

Dont forget that according to Industry Insights - April 2016 ( in the paid report Ortac was highlighted the Key To Revival in Slovakia)

April 2016 - Mined gold production is expected to be resumed in Slovakia within the current forecast perdio followingthe decision by Ortac Resources to recommence operations at the Šturec deposit. Production shouldgrow by 7.5% y-o-y over 2017-2020, reaching 1,900oz.
