grannyboy; welcome to reality.|
|Looks like volume picking up again wonder where we will go this time|
|Massive volume today.i wonder why?|
|Article on Proactive Investor dated 25/11/2016
|I was naive two/three years ago, just like some are today, and believed that these could come good one day..
But they are no different from other miners, needing constant funding until eventually the LTH's have been diluted to zero..
ocseven you say you've averaged down, does that mean you bought in on the spike?, when in fact you should've sold out on any spike..|
|First time poster, LTH of Ortac, so I've felt the pain over the past couple of years like the rest of you LTH's. That being said, I've averaged down to a nice position as I see this providing a healthy return in the next 12/24 months. Reading and hearing everything recently has given me a renewed cautious optimism! Anyway, found this today, only posted on Youtube yesterday. It's Vassilios speaking at Mining Maven in early Novemver 2016, hope the link works:
Nothing new really. GLA / DYOR.|
|An interesting speculative buy this one- quite encouraging that they can raise money and some incentive for the directors to perform.
Slovakia is quite rich in minerals. Hope they fare better than Global Minerals who were trying to re-open the Strieborna Mine in Roznava but they eventually gave up ran out of money and I think sold it back to local interests
The other interests in Zambia and Eritrea appear to give a margin of safety for OTC at
this current valuation and I think ealry next year Gold and Silver will start rising again|
|Mining in 2017
Mkt cap £2.5m
NPV $195m pre tax|
|Spot on Tom, I once had hopes for otc, but over the years it has become obvious that it only acts as a honey pot for the directors. An instrument in which they use to pay themselves over inflated salaries. How can anyone be impressed with director purchases, when you weigh up against what they actually draw from the company, accompanied by empty promises of "....this time next year...." Unfortunately we'll be back at .24 soon and then lower. Hope I'm proved wrong but really can't see that I will be|
|At the beginning of 2011, there were 1,734,275,487 shares in issue.
Today there are 8,213,507,859 - nearly five times as many.
That is one massive red flag right there.|
|Indeed, filled his boots
Which at this price we all should be doing ;-)|
|Tom - the chairman is under no obligation to buy shares and certainly not in the quantity he has.|
|Work out how much the Directors have collectively been paid in salaries over the past 4 years. Now look at the share price graph. Then check your profit/loss figure since you bought your shares. Nice transfer of wealth. If OTC fails, the directors will have earned enough. How much will you have earned?|
|I see this has suckered in a few more. You will never make any meaningful money from this unless you catch a spike up. It will be a continued spiral of fundraising and dilution and lots of jam tomorrow.|
|Top up time|
|AB has acquired c450m shares over the last few months this would be the equivalent of c£130k...
Not seen many other companies where a BOD has bought anywhere near this amount of value of shares in pounds and pence with such a low mkt valuation
Shows lots of confidence ..
Or a pay day is coming :-)|
|Also AB holds 828m shares and has been increasing his stake. What does that tell you??|
|What about Zamsort and Casa?If they come in to play too?|
|Mkt cap £25m
This will require Slovakia to be signed off for mining or sold|
Buys paying over..
She Looks ready for a tick up|
|That's why I am convinced news is on its way and still no word on details of the AGM??|
|Mates rates ;-)|
