I am no legal expert, yet if the boundary of the KMLA no longer includes the Town of Kremnica then what can the local anti mine elite now argue against when this amendement suggests an accepted legality that the Mine cannot at any point gradually encroach upon the Town !! Management suggest that this revision would not affect operations of the mine as the Gold resources lie within the newly agreed boundaries. Seems they are closer to all arguments being resolved. One thing is for sure - Once they eventually get the go ahead someone is going to suddenly appear with the money- one way or another- as it remains FACT that most Major producers are facing a 10 year Vacuum of lost resources,as gold production now starts its decline. Interesting times ahead.

Think we may have picked the right company albeit at the wrong time with this one. Macro situation looks against us for six months at least. Bunker down and come back mid 2017.

In regards to ZAmsort, I think it's more concerning the conversion of the CLNs havent been announced to market yet The plant is well overdue but should be live around Xmas although only small production will help with exploration costs Large scale cobalt is way off Seems Zamsort and CASA have funding issues and Slovakia is on hold VC & AB need to sort it out with the share price near an all time low

I am more interested in the cobalt in the Zamsort assets , this is where the big money is in this company

You've got to realise that there are NO workers left in Slovakia..They're all here in the UK..

One assumes the money would have been spent on drilling So without this, one assumes they'll need the investment from somewhere else to fund the exploration

Are there likely to be any implications for Ortac following this decision by PREM?

Many National Parks and areas of outstanding natural beauty contain operating mines. Take the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and Peak District in the U.K. It just needs good environmental management and common sense.

Kremnica will never get off the ground in my opinion, it's the slovak equivalent of an 'area of outstanding natural beauty' and the people who reside there are strongly opposed to mining in AND around the area. Companies have tried and failed before Ortac and I'm sure more will after Ortac get fed up, give up and move on.

What a mess Just when you thought it was coming together... Bet AB thought Slovakia was a goer that's why he's accumulated all the stock recently only for this late curve ball 2 steps forward one step back Or Is it one step forward two steps back

Slovakia expecting to get given money for nothing elsewhere obviously....so why ruin their countryside Slovaks need to learn painful lesson that nothing in life is free.
