Remember, they have given themselves till October to close the deal and the RNS clearly states that the deal may take longer to close.

If the deposit hasn't arrived by the end of next week, I wouldn't hang around waiting for something to happen.

These can be held in my nominee and traded on the TSX. ( Have to phone trade for TSX).Just had it confirmed from my broker (HL).

No point giving them away on AIM at this price, as within a few months around 3-4p is more realistic (subject to conclusion of mine sale etc).

Yes, this is my understanding, the S&PA was signed April 11 and so the deposit of $ 100 k should be paid within 14 days.

If there is any delay, it will look like that this is another David Invest outfit that cannot pony up the cash.

In general I guess a verbal agreement could be entered into which wouldn't require signing. In Orsu's case the text specifies signing. I suppose they could enter into the agreement, have it signed then wait for the necessary shareholder approval. As yet all we seem to know is that an agreement has been entered into.

I did notice in one of the Sedar docs that a Toyota Highlander and a Toyota Hilux have been written down for a total of 72,000 Tenge (about £150) - I bet some Kazakh is rubbing his hands :)

Has the Sale and Purchase agreement actually been signed? The documents lodged with Sedar on 20th April don't show any signatures as far as I can tell. From a legal point of view is entering an agreement the same as signing an agreement?
