News out Investors have reacted positively in the past week to Orsu Metals Corp's proposed exit from Kazakhstan, and the London Stock Exchange, with the company deciding on a new course after bashing around the central Asia republic's Rudny Altai copper belt for the past decade.Orsu said it would delist from the London AIM board next month, retaining its TSX listing (TSX: OSU), where its shares have doubled to US2c in the past week.Its proposed $10 million exit from Karchiga (94.75% stake) and Kogodai (51%) needs the blessing of shareholders and Kazakh authorities, but pending the sale it will be left with its Tien Shan gold belt properties in the neighbouring Kyrgyz Republic and may be looking for a complete break from the region.http://www.mining-journal.com/financeinvestment/companies/precious-gains-on-tsx/

Does anyone know what happens to the AIM OSU shareholders still holding after they delist from aim?

The de-listing from AIM... they say that they will retain the facility to trade shares on TSX but that's a bit of a faff for those of us this side of the pond. Am I missing something?

Also, I don[t see anything in the RNS about distribution of funds to shareholders - have I just missed that bit?

Or is it the case that all proceeds go into the co, the co. de-lists but continues and the only way to assess the value of or trade the shares is via the TSX?

The rns was quite clear - de listing and using the sale funds for future investment - baffled as to why anyone would be buying in the hope they get a return

Only hold a few since I was tipped this last month.Cash as of Dec 31st was $4.7 mill.Include the sale and you will have a market cap of circa £9.1 million.That is pretty much bang on 5p per share. And that's trading just off cash value only.So will likely double from here at least. You won't have a stock that trades at circa 1/3rd cash value of they don't have a big cash burn. Orsu don't
