ps I have never blamed my losses here on "outside forces", it was my mistake, I accept that completely and the losses have been recovered elsewhere. I am posting on here because IM AN INVESTOR AND OWNER of the business and it's my right to post what I think, despite what you or anybody else thinks.If you cant handle a debate then why do you bother even posting at all. Did I ask you for an explanation of why you've thrown your money into a dog?, no, simply asked you what your thoughts were on certain points and what you think will happen over the next six months or so.Making personal attacks calling me a troll is about the level of intellect I would expect from somebody who cannot debate anything intelligently. The correlation should be to mining companies, that are in turn, affected by the gold price.
Many of the exploration companies have a very similar chart.

I think this will be a quiet time and that is why I wasn't posting much,then you pop up where's hazl.....post 7969.
Deliberatly goading.

Goldies generally are not flavour of the month just now and I am busy with different sectors so I am not expecting great moves here unless they come out with something stunning in their drilling at Silverton soon.

By the way the financial accounts are ALWAYS important to me and there have been two updates in September so I don't know what you are talking about.

For anybody else...
I am expecting a low in Gold again and the seasonality of gold is important..so I
am unlikely to post much,despite holding a few.

hazl,Get over yourself.Silverton is not the mega deal CB promised, it was a last minute sign-up because the Company chairman and CEO, is, wait for it, Colin Bird........what a sweet deal he made for himself after just becoming CEO at ORE (won't mention the placing and the share option). The Silverton deal was 4 months ago, check the RNS's for any updates or news on what their plans are.........don't bother there aren't any. ORE have £652k in the bank, they need at least half of this in the next 12 months to adhere to the Silverton EIA, the BoD will make sure they take at least £330k (for all their hard work.....pmsl), do the maths!. There will be another heavily discounted placing (but this time with the FCA keeping a close eye on themthey wont get flipped) that won't get taken up and this will fold.They have done absolutely nothing in 4 years or so, they got so far with Deli, promised this promised that, then decided they hadn't the expertise to pursue it any further and wrote it off the books. They then got into Mutsk, and once again have dragged their feet and not delivered what they promised (3D mapping and initial JORC). Mutsk will still be being drilled in another 3 years time, this is a shell company lining the pockets of the BoD, pure and simple. The BoD have hibernated again now for the next six months and this will keep drifting down, nobody wants the shares, you won't be able to give them away.Newbies don't listen to posters like hazl, they think they know all about ORE by reading the bull from RNS's. Take a look at the financial accounts, take a look at how much the BoD are paying themselves for doing nothing, their salaries are disgusting, this is a non producing, non income stream, micro cap mining explo company yet their salaries are extortionately high. Take a note of the complete lack of communication from the Company, they have no regard for the owners of the Company, they have no plans for Mutsk they are just spinning this out until the pot runs dry.The price of gold has sweet FA to do with the share price here, take a look at both on a graph, its absolute rubbish to think that this £1.5m m/cap DRILLING company has any correlation whatsoever with POG.DD

At last I have some time,away from my various research, to look at the current projects and immediate outlook here.
As we can see from the last statement in September....

'The Company has two large gold projects in two different geological environments on two continents and is well placed to take advantage of the renewed investor interest. Both of our properties exhibit potential to be significant open pit mines and as such we expect to receive corporate interest as they progress.'

The Silverton mine in Nevada gets my attention initially, as they are due to start drilling 'early in the fourth quarter' so presumably about now?
Besides being in a safer jurisdiction in the US it is already a known precious metals area,it seems.

' On 27 June 2016 the Company announced the signing of an earn-in agreement over the Silverton gold and silver property in Nevada, USA. This agreement provides exploration rights on a highly prospective gold/silver project, which has good technical history. The Company will commence drilling operations early in the fourth quarter 2016.

Towards the end of July, the Company raised GBP350,000 in an equity funding which was implemented to enable the final stage of earn-in at the Mutsk property in Armenia. On 31 August 2016 we advised our partners on the project that the US$2.5 million earn-in had been completed and requested that our 80% interest be registered.

The Company recently announced that our drilling on the Mutsk property had been successful and the "size footprint" of the property had been doubled. The exploration area is open to the north and south and extension possibilities exist to the east. '

As you can see from above,they raised money back in July,which is difficult to do these days and takes the immediate pressure off investors.

So we have the prospect of the drilling in Nevada to look forward to very currently and the reassurance of a larger project in the Mutsk property.

To further reassure we have the following......
'The Group seeks to maintain a low cost structure and actively manages the corporate overhead to reflect our activity levels and the broader difficult funding environment for junior exploration companies. '

Despite this, I also, wouldn't encourage people to 'bet the farm' as they say,on any share but to recognise it for what it is; an exploration company,a speculative play that is very dependent on the whims of the prec. metals market.

I have a modest holding along with various similar plays and will judge the broader gold market closely for direction.
If the gold market loses its lustre so will some of these companies but if it soars then we might have a chance.

You are both 'blinkered' by your past experience....of getting in to o late in the cycle..... and following every post I make.
You are the one with a problem I would suggest.
Whereas anybody selling around 2011/2012 would have made a profit.
We are in a quiet part of the cycle now.

I have no need to 'stalk', as you erroneously describe it, anybody, particularly you!
It is natural for me to go into bbs I trade in from time to time.

ORE was just one of several that I picked up a small amount in.
I have never suggested that it is risk-free, all explorers are just that, at the riskier end of the spectrum.
It all comes down to the price of gold at the end of the day and the season for that fluctuates.

I cannot waste any more valuable time on somebody so set on a grudge against this firm.

I saw a post from you recently on AVS talking about getting into them....but you didn't want to get in on a rise....lol

If you look back far enough you would see that I was in at about 100 or something.
I like to get in before a stock gets popular not after!

Having said that I am not sure whether gold has had its day or not yet,nor whether this one will recover but your posts make me laugh as you 'don't know what you don't know ' as they say.
As long as you keep thinking you're the expert,that's the main thing.

Well gold just got murdered today.. So im surprised that goldies like cey ans sgh and aaz held as well as they did.. Difficult to say whether gold will recover as world markets seem to be like a roller coaster.. Cant decide whether markets are recovering or not.. Latest news that their market is recovering sending the usd crazidly higher again.
