Morning - I took a small spread bet position here yesterday on nothing more that the chart is starting to look positive.

Not surprised as no reaction to the sp;I guess the signs of improvement in Mongolia account for the fact that the share price is off the floor. I also guess that the current share price is a pretty accurate reflection of the situation; will not be selling at this price.
If someone wants to set up a new thread fine but not sure if there will be enough activity in the coming months to justify it

OPP has fingers in too many pies.

Any one of the investments could lead to a massive spike or a massive sell off.

Especially due to their focus in emerging countries like China, Mangolia, Myanmar, and India and in emerging technologies and industries as well as natural resources and soft commodities

So very difficult to know.

Don't read too much into this trade.

Looks like Ecofin has transferred their entire holdings to some one else at 10p

They were the second largest shareholders in OPP

Ecofin Limited held 47,905,444 shares representing 13.40% of the company

Appropriate that they have cut their valuation of Gobi Coal whose website seems to have been unchanged for a year +; note it represents about 15% of the company's book net worth.
The interims seemed rather downbeat and as they say do not expect anything earthshattering in the next few months and one thus expects there will be little change to the share price
