To answer Jack1236, thanks for a sensible response - I was failing to register at all - but see below.

Anyway, I have now just returned to 'try again' - the 'timeout' seems to have lapsed, so I can. I again refreshed the Confirmation Code several times until I got one I was fairly confident I could read - and, Eureka, this time I was 'lucky'.

I'll be pleased to be able to read what you galant folk are trying to achieve on our behalf - albeit in my case for a relatively small holding.

imo the Feb bonus issue and Dec EGM resolutions ('you transfer the co. to us for our salaries') makes me convinced that the dirs. are up to no good....and one needs to read the curtain movements and maybe the tea leaves as well to try to decide what they are really up to...in order to try to stop them before they can get anything 'signed and sealed'...

and in any case, in an administration I think each party will be fighting for as much of the pie for themselves, and as little as possible to anyone else !!

Tried to register on the new BB - but simply cannot get past the confirmation code - they are SO difficult to read that I simply fail and get told I have tried too many times.
Not very helpful !

Do make sure you are involved in every meeting with the other major holders or administrators in the future if you can - you have the handle for Och from both sides. However, R&T may also be involved but not as a spokesperson (alone) with power to decide for the entire group - R&T cannot be trusted as the individual will sell his granny to achieve his sole aim of making a quick buck regardless given past history. There are quite a few names that I cannot recognise from advfn, lse or iii so please bear with us while the admin team recheck all requests to join the ochactiongroup. Please understand that confidential information may be discussed on this website so it is vital that only och shareholders are able to access this information atm. Not IIs, not OCH directors/employees or media - it is best that registration takes time just to be sure that all approved users are legit. Apologies for any delays. I have the day off tomorrow so will go though each request currently on hold and if necessary request further approval from the other admin users.

I assume that it needs the creditors to agree....and the big cash creditors (banks) may agree with the dirs. since they have known them for a few years

in which case perhaps they will appoint someone that they know....and who perhaps may favour them...

so

the action group and IIs need to be careful (and perhaps quick) to make sure that that doesnt happen...

(really the action group needs its own specialist for winding up a company....for a Cayman Islands reg. company.....and not many such people around I think...).
