Nothing major in terms of coverage. Bottom of the article and probably used to fill up space more than anything. "Finally, mobile payments company Optimal Payments became the latest target of takeover chatter in the City. Might just be some trackers or pension funds starting to accumulate prior to the 250 entry. Probably figure it is will keep their average down if they start now.

Consolidation of Skrill, etc., surely can't be complete yet so why could the likes of Worldpay be involved?Mind you, the constant ramping of OPAY here shows confidence if nothing else.
