05/12/2016 17:35 | Very good signal , should propel this nicely to £1.40 plus. | jotoha2
05/12/2016 16:59 | That's nice to see - good bit of confidence. Over £200k's worth | nigelpm
05/12/2016 16:45 | rns.director's have been buying shares | pembury
01/12/2016 17:12 | To be fair if OPEC hadn't agreed on a cut then the man from Pru would have been alright... I guess they were just hedging against the possible outcomes, they still hold a fair whack don't they. | saget
01/12/2016 16:21 | lol - institutions often buy high and sell low - and thank crikey they do. | nigelpm
01/12/2016 15:52 | Man at prudential kicks himself... | zcaprd7
01/12/2016 11:58 | Yup, key breakthrough on the OPEC news and makes sense - puts major projects clearly into investable territory. | nigelpm
01/12/2016 11:54 | 2 or 3 daily closes over 80p should signal a B/O at last. I don't expect it to rocket, though it would be nice to see £1 again... Its been one boring equity and i never got my 50p and neither do i expect to now after the new ,all be it less advantageous Schlum deal.... imho Bit of a bullish inverse H@S chart pattern targets higher prices.... | pineapple1
01/12/2016 08:47 | Bought back in, this could now double over the next 6 months to a year ... | topazfrenzy
01/12/2016 07:00 | Seemingly good news from opec should take this over 80p... | zcaprd7
26/11/2016 09:08 | Erm, lots of juicy news flow on this to look forward to pineapple. Lots of box ticking on the deal to announce... | zcaprd7
23/11/2016 17:29 | Could be a million and one reasons for PRU selling - I wouldn't get too hung up on it - particularly if you don't hold the shares! | nigelpm
23/11/2016 15:19 | In the abscence of drill bit success i can't see a catalyst to drive this higher thats for sure. Doldrums for ages. Pru probably consider it dead money and will go elsewhere with their cash and may return a bit nearer the time if still interested... Companies that lose 90% in value generally don't recover very well although there are exceptions of course such as AAL The guy range trading probably has the best idea... imho | pineapple1
23/11/2016 15:07 | .... and more sold today. There's been a degree of support since the update and this has allowed Prudential to offload some. Does anyone here think the share price will be above the current 76p when the first of Ophir's African gas fields comes into production? | ed 123
17/11/2016 11:14 | Yeah, nothing to get excited about for sure. | nigelpm
17/11/2016 08:48 | End of year trimming? They still hold 10%... | zcaprd7
16/11/2016 10:16 | So, Prudential sold some shares.... why do that at this moment in time? | saget
11/11/2016 11:05 | Think that's a good assessment pineapple. Lots of folk will have been caught short by the RNS as well although to some of us it was still very much expected ;-) | nigelpm
11/11/2016 10:56 | Hopefully not tempting fate but this equity has always sold off hard on the first sign of any market weakness. The algos would immediately switch to sell. Now i,m not saying it can't finish red on such days but hopefully the sell bot algos will be far less than they used to be. I don't expect this to rockets as any improvement in EPS is some way off but maybe a slow climb higher now Fortuna is some way to being settled (subject to FID of course). imho | pineapple1
11/11/2016 10:00 | Barclays apparently put a out a bullish 125p target note this morning. | nigelpm
10/11/2016 23:59 | Yeah. The old 70p to 80p tactic would have worked. Again... | zcaprd7
10/11/2016 20:14 | Careful pineapple! ;-) | nigelpm
10/11/2016 20:03 | Volume was good today which is positive. I'll stick my neck out and say the lows are in (gulp!!!) | pineapple1
10/11/2016 18:58 | No, I'd very much see 75p as the base now with a lot of upside should things run right. Oil price falls heavily though and all bets off. | nigelpm
10/11/2016 18:04 | Hopefully not back down to 70p like usual now... We have a nice bit of newsflow to look forward to? | zcaprd7 |
