Grant of Share Options

Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG), the international software company servicing government, life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, announces that it has granted share options ("Options") to certain of its executive directors and PDMRs to subscribe for up to 1,200,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the capital of the Company:

Prior to these grants the Company had a total of 3,985,723 share options outstanding representing 3.2% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.

All Options are exercisable at a price of 59.1p, being the 30 day average closing price, with half vesting after a period of two years, a quarter vesting after a period of three years and the final quarter vesting after a period of four years. The options are exercisable over the period of 10 years from the date of grant.
