Exercise of Options, PDMR Dealing

& Total Voting Rights

OMG plc (LSE: OMG), the international software company servicing government, life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, announces that it has today applied for 862,962 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM on 23 December 2016 following an exercise of share options by certain of its persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) and employees.

260,477 Ordinary Shares were subsequently sold by certain of its PDMRs as set out below.

Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of the 862,962 new Ordinary Shares the Company will have a total of 122,838,305 Ordinary Shares in issue each carrying one voting right. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
