Result of General Meeting
Further to Omega's announcement of 30 June 2017, the Company is pleased to announce today the passing of the Resolutions at the General Meeting held earlier today. The Placing, Subscription and Open Offer remain conditional on Admission of the New Ordinary Shares to AIM which is expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. tomorrow.
With effect from Admission the Company will have 126,884,060 Ordinary Shares in issue, with no shares held in treasury. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator by which they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in the text of this announcement have the meanings given to them in the Company's circular dated 30 June 2017.
