   Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights 
 
   Octopus Titan VCT plc (the "Company") announces the allotment and issue 
of 526 Ordinary Shares of 10p each at a price of 93.7p to shareholders 
who elected to receive Ordinary Shares under the Dividend Reinvestment 
Scheme as an alternative to the interim dividend of 2.0p per share for 
the period 1 November 2015 to 30 April 2016, payable on 2 September 
2016. 
 
   Following this allotment, the issued share capital and total voting 
rights of the Company are now  322,617,682 and the unaudited net assets 
of the Company are approximately GBP303 million, based on a NAV per 
share of 93.7p. 
 
   Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of 
the new shares. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 
28 November 2016.
