28p looks extremely conservative to me. I very much doubt the recent buyers would buy to sell out near that level.

IMO, the foundations have been built to make this a 100p+ share price company.

It's ok Jack, I'd have done the same!Meanwhile, this is the 2nd time OBT have raised capital at a premium to the share price. You almost never see this on AIM.I would have thought the MMs would have been able to match the buyer to a seller as we obviously still have one around. I'd have preferred this, however a few more million in the coffers does no harm (if put to good use).The chances of these being under 30p by the end of year are very remote.

When the listing moves from one place to another, it's always good to have someone who is an expert in the technology field to hold an investors hand.I didn't even get so much as an orange club through the post for that one...:)

No. You would have the choice to sell them, or just hold. Some may have to sell, for ISA reasons perhaps, but I dont really know about that.

Needless to say, if it did happen, it would be for the benefit of shareholders, or else why bother?

So Obtala have raised $5m at 20 p from a high net worth Asian based investor . He has also been granted warrants which he can exercise at 20 p . I think the mkt thinks he has got free warrants . If he likes what Miles & co does with the money then he can exercise warrants at 20 p and buy more stock from obt. It's slightly dilutive but increased number of shs = 297m so mkt cap $70 m with $20m in cash . Great vote of confidence in managemt . When was last time anyone saw a premium money raise on AIM?

Its clearly the only way a decent size investor can get a stake .

When this is trading at 100p+, people will wonder why they didn't fill their boots at these levels. This will be printing cash fairly soon.

at 20p. Which loosely means we are going back to 20p, pronto.Onwards and upwards. People don't use give money away at a premium like that.

Interesting Business Update. Forestry will be the driver of profits for now but Agri will deliver in the long term and could be huge. Very ambitious and new staffing looks like quality to drive this business. Money is in the bank and we just have to be patient for things to grow. Should push shares up again? And potential listing in Far East is promising.

I think the board changes are the final changes of the old guard, and is no surprise.

The demand for the preference shares, at an share price equivalent of 19p, shows what big money thinks imo.

So any comments on the previous two days shenanigans?Director shuffles (for valid and good reasons), Commerz selling down (again, nothing wrong with taking a profit), and the preference sales?Loads of progress. Would like to see the share price turn but may have a bit more selling headwind for now.
