Talk is there will be earnings visibility from both forestry and farming shortly, as such the stock is re-rating, add to the mix the declaration that there will be no equity dilution is a dream for shareholders.

I think 20p is not a unrealistic target, there is also the possibility of a takeover approach to add to the mix.
