14/12/2010 08:42 | fund raising soon | ntv
06/12/2010 20:21 | The most likely scenario imo is a third party approaching Perloff or Utilico for their shares. I don't think Utilico or Perloff will make a bid. | topvest
06/12/2010 19:18 | call me mr miserable, but as the two main shareholder own 55% between them, i wouldn't be surprised if one of the major holders were to sell to the other and is then thus forced by the takeover code to then make a mandatory bid for the outstanding - (see Chapelthorpe for an illustration of this)....either way, I can't see how minority holders are going to get any gravy to pour on their wishful thinking.... or maybe you optimists can tell me how if will all pan out for you in a profitable scenario..? | ydderf
06/12/2010 19:18 | Have added to my holding, looks like a double bottom on the chart. Results due on 20th december. Should see some buying before then. | mreasygoing
05/12/2010 09:50 | according to rugby estates things are going very well here so looking forward to next results | ntv
04/12/2010 16:20 | opening up nicely ahead of the half yearly report around 14th dec, am expecting to see a considerably improved net nav here as the regeneration and subsequent valuations of the east side is full steam ahead, looks like the weight on the share price is off now so should see some decent upside | empirestate
03/12/2010 12:57 | i would say that was a sell order clearing hence the rise in the sp | empirestate
03/12/2010 12:04 | double bottom 500k was that a buy? | moreforus
03/12/2010 11:58 | picked up a few here today, am looking forward to the half year update around the 14th dec | empirestate
29/10/2010 09:17 | when will one of them make their move | cyril4
28/10/2010 21:25 | I think Utilico and Panther's average "in price" is higher than the current price. Both on a substantial loss...I think. | topvest
27/10/2010 10:45 | what was the top price they paid | cyril4
27/10/2010 09:35 | Panther do, which is Perloff's vehicle. Panther Securities PLC 36,650,000 29.92% Utilico Ltd 30,495,118 24.89% | topvest
27/10/2010 09:15 | i don't think perloff has any | cyril4
26/10/2010 21:03 | Yes and Perloff has 30% or so. Can't see OTE being in its existing form a year from now. For other shareholders, though we need to get closer to 2012 to really benefit imo. Getting taken out cheaply now, would not be fun! | topvest
26/10/2010 09:39 | With today's RHS announcement, Utilico is now tantalisingly near the 25% take-Over Code threshhold at which they must declare any intentions to bid or otherwise for O Twelve. All IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
22/10/2010 16:41 | Why would you want to get out when the price is supported by assets and there is every likleyhood that they will be raising more funds at or around 6p ish | red army
21/10/2010 16:56 | Just about broke even. Don't know why I held so long as I could have sold them for a decent profit a few months ago. Thought that the results looked half decent and we would push on from there but unfortunately not. Money better elsewhere at the moment but will keep an eye on things here. | bamboy74
21/10/2010 16:36 | bamboy74 did you lose much | cyril4
21/10/2010 13:33 | That's mine sold today. | bamboy74
20/10/2010 16:27 | Think it's time i kissed my money goodbye | cyril4
21/9/2010 23:20 | Come on management, do something to defend your company. Give us some good news or buy some shares. It's as cheap as chips. | daniel
21/9/2010 16:37 | who's bright idea was it to hold these | cyril4
17/8/2010 11:46 | 30p by Dec, 50p-70p in 2011 and 70p-£1 in 2012 | vitalize
