ACCEPTANCES TO THE UNCONDITIONAL RECOMMENDED OFFER OF 7P PER SHARE NEED TO BE NOTIFIED TO THE BROJKER/REGISTRAR BY 19th JULY.

ALL IMO. DYOR.

Yes, a sorry end just ahead of the Olympics. The prospect of a bubble in property prices around the Olympics has been a loser of an investment theory unfortunately. Happy now to take the 7p and move on. I still am amazed that Perloff and Panther made a profit on their investment in this dog...are they the only winners?

Scruffy little company.

As this would be recommended by the Board and as discussions are advanced, I think there is a strong likelihood of a formal bid arising which would most probably succeed as Westbrook already own 77% of the Company. This is my opinion only.

ALL IMO. DYOR.

012 has been a very poor investment. I bought a few more at 8p in 2009 and I will still make a loss on those! But I'm happy to take 7p if that's what comes in and cash up this dog. Two dogs today have come home - 012 and CW.!

So Westbrook now with around 77% are likely at some time to make a bid, in my view only, for the rest of the shares at little more than the current knoock-down price. It would only take a further £4-5million at todays market cap for Westbrook, plus a small acquisition premium for them to get the whole of O'Twelve.

If Westbrook have just bought Panther's 10% to increase their holding to 77%, it seems unlikely to me, that they won't go for the full 100%.

That's Panther sold out, obviously to Westbrook.

At these levels it is surprising that Andrew Perloff isnt hoovering them up!

As someone who used to hold shares and did have this on my radar was interested to see the results.
Despite the current price being below the price at which they did their placing some months back and the success in reducing voids (at least pre Thurrock) I have no enthusiasm for buying the shares (even though the discount to March 31 2011 valuation has increased after this morning's fall).

The cash flow for the last year was a good improvement over the previous year but operating cash flow was just enough to pay the interest bill and nowhere near enough to pay the oneoff debt renegotiation fee.
For me an appropriate price would be to buy at about 6.75p but not sure if it will fall so far so will forget.

Looks like 3x 250k buys today. That's a lot for this company as recently we've hardly had any buys of size.
I wonder if we have a leaky ship re some news.
