There is a 4% shareholder called Mark Lancaster who recently raised their stake in Nyota. Wonder if it is the same Mark Lancaster who was ejected from SDL a little while back, the company he founded, and is maybe planning to wrestle back control?

Mr Chase should definitely stay. Over the years he has proven to be a great leader and deliver great returns to shareholders and deserves a premium salary for all his hard work.Furthermore people forget his capabilities to mediate in difficult times and when crisis strikes. OBE or CBE for this gentleman.

NYO is just there for directors to milk apparently. R. Chase owns £3000 of its shares and gets £10000 per month to keep it going a bit longer for his own benefit. NYO is a waste of space says TW. See Shareprophets for more.
