If it drops to 3p then us taking up the rights issue would have been a waste of time, thus implying that we have been led on, yet again.

Unless of course there is a good announcement at the same time; but dont hold your breath!!!!

I feeeel soooooooooooooo let down by this company!!!!!

Interim Management Statement - possibly on the 16th. Which, given the drop today, may not be great!! Then again it may be yet another of those 'buying opportunties' in which this share abounds.

With this morning's XEL RNS you've timed it O.K. I think. Well done. If the flow test is good current levels will still seem very cheap IMHO but obviously DYOR.

River. I too had a few XEL but decided to go all in today. Lets hope XEL comes good so that we can plough back into NXT next weeek!!

Funny I've just done a similar thing too. I had a few XEL but sold some NXT this morning to add a few more. Wanted to sell more than I did but could only deal 15000 on line after my initial sales. I just think that the news from XEL will come quite soon and hoping to buy more NXT back at a later date with the profits.

I made the mistake of putting £5K in to NXT at 12p instead of into XEL at 66p, I really regret that one. Had been tracking XEL for a while but didn't get in. Finally made the decision to at £1.75, better late than never.

This will mean that the share price will be drifting down aagaaaiiiinn

was , psyco. Unfortunately not yet and lack of funds in my trading a/c but keeping an eye on them and likewise BMR. I am hoping XEL news (good hopefully) soon and I will be able to buy back my NXT later

I will probably regret this but have sold most of my Nxt for the time being and bought XEL for my Isa.

Noticed my local Morrisons were selling Lowry docking station using nxt flat panel speaker for ipod and iphone @£25.

Design Engineers in the field of consumer electronics are faced with targets to achieve power consumption reductions in their end products, be it a small mobile phone or a fixed application like a TV set. I know this for fact having worked with them in TV manufacture for many a year.
At new product qualification a pass or fail judgment will be held on this subject, so in short it's not just the mobile units such as Laptops and mobile Phones that have the need to run on low power. I just hope NXT market this factor sufficiently with the larger OEMs.

If all NXT are aiming for is to create USB powered speakers with the Audium technology then revenue will remain v.poor:

"NXT intends to use Audium integrated circuits to provide customers with complete audio platforms incorporating its proven Balanced Mode Radiator (BMR) technology together with ultra-efficient power amplifiers. NXT customers should then be able to create compact, USB-powered loudspeakers capable of delivering 25 Watts peak-per-channel."

It may sound great, 20x power saving, but it would only benefit laptop users and how many laptop users do you see using external speakers? What else can they do with this tech? Saving battery power in a mobile phone - now that would be useful!
