23/12/2009 11:58 | Well, at least CE is a man of his word, saying news would be out before Xmas, nice one! | dancing piranha
23/12/2009 11:31 | WaleriuszWatrobka - Yes - Heres hoping your prediction is ACTUALLY the closest! 25p would be a nice starter! | nickfitz81
23/12/2009 11:23 | ...even including mine 25p, nf81 ? ;-) | waleriuszwatrobka
23/12/2009 11:09 | Have just skim read the RNS and it looks OK to my eyes. I notice this at the bottom - "Should the proposed transaction be approved by the Nviro Shareholders, it will result in a change of Nviro's name and the appointment of a new board of directors." I wonder if Chris will still be at the helm come the end of January? | porketh
23/12/2009 11:09 | We don't know exactly at what price it will relist.Hoefully a way above the placing price. | redhill
23/12/2009 11:02 | The price was 8 pence when I bought so not bad at all as it could go up slowly I guess. | johndee
23/12/2009 11:02 | The price was 8 pence when I bought so not bad at all as it could go up slowly I guess. | johndee
23/12/2009 10:59 | Fairdeal - Thats pretty darn close to the average you calculated last week of every one entry level predictions- well done! | nickfitz81
23/12/2009 10:57 | Wonder if The Stinger will be around today to acknowledge his stupidity... | tokyojohn
23/12/2009 10:53 | So we'll relist at 7.6p (76p)? Very good news. That happens to be my exact entry price! Hopefully it'll go up from there. | tokyojohn
23/12/2009 10:48 | a placing at above market price prior to news is great result? | warwick69
23/12/2009 10:32 | THB Yes further down the RNS in the notes below. | redhill
23/12/2009 10:31 | Difficult to crunch the numbers but what we do know is the placing will be done at 76p which is the equivalent of 7.6p at todays money. | redhill
23/12/2009 10:28 | Is that mentioned on the RNS Redhill - can't see it being stated anywhere? That would suggest an overall pricing of the Placing at 2p a share for Nviro? | thehardestbutton
23/12/2009 10:27 | thanks that explains the price still sounds good to me i can see this share rallying nicely as there will be an income stream allowing Nviro time to get better deals forb their technology. I for one will surely be accepoting the deal hold 400,000 pre offer nviro shares | warwick69
23/12/2009 10:26 | Nviro will only own 26.34% of the new group too, cant quite crunch the numbers for what it means for us | pelleeds1980
23/12/2009 10:21 | There is a 10 for 1 consolidation of Nviro shares. | redhill
23/12/2009 10:20 | Warwick That sounds about right - not sure where the 7.6p price came from - can anyone confirm their thinking on this. The RNS says... At the Placing Price of 76 pence per Nviro Share (post Share Capital Consolidation) ......Under the Offer, Southbank Shareholders will hold (in aggregate) approximately 52.68% of the Enlarged Group, allowing for exercise of the Southbank Options, existing Nviro Shareholders will hold approximately 26.34% and subscribers to the Placing approximately 20.98% of the Enlarged Group Thats actually 20p per share for existing Nviro holders? | thehardestbutton
23/12/2009 10:02 | it states 76 pence not 7.6p if existing shareholders own 26% then that implies a new share price of 19p post suspension if i read that correctly? any comments which sounds too good to be true however if they state that the offer values Soutthbank at 10.2 million and they own 52% of new company and Nviro existing own 26% then this implies a value of £5.1 million on 66 million shares i.e. 7.7pence for existing shareholders? | warwick69
23/12/2009 10:01 | Director converting options at ten pence wow :-) Tidying up exercise I think | fairdeal2008
23/12/2009 09:51 | Hey times are hard! | pelleeds1980 |
