TSX listing approved and trading begins today...

NUFCOR URANIUM LIMITED ('NUL' or 'the Company')

LISTING ON TORONTO STOCK EXCHANGE ('TSX')

Further to the Company's announcement of 6 October 2008, NUL is pleased to announce that the Company has obtained unconditional approval for its shares to be listed on the TSX, having fulfilled all listing conditions.

Accordingly, NUL's shares will commence trading on the TSX at 9:30am EST today, 30 December 2008 under the ticker NU (AIM: NU/).

The shares will be fully fungible between AIM and the TSX, giving investors an effective fourteen hour trading day.

NUL remains committed to its listing on AIM and believes that the Company's profile and future potential will be enhanced by the additional listing on the TSX.

Commenting, Kelvin Williams, Chairman of NUL said:

'We are delighted to have received the necessary approvals for NUL's shares to be traded on the TSX.

'The Board believes that the listing will help improve the liquidity in NUL's shares and thereby increase their alignment with the underlying uranium price. In addition, it will raise the Company's profile in North America and give it access to institutional and retail shareholders in Canada and the USA.

'We continue to believe that the long term outlook for uranium prices remains positive due to the ongoing strong demand forecasts and medium term supply restrictions.'...

Oops I stand corrected. As for the NU price, time will tell. Given the problems Cameco are having I wouldn't agree oversupply is a long term issue...

I buy what you say, BUT The fact remains NU. stock pile U3O8: The current price is $65 p/oz. At that price NU. has a diluted NAV of £2.64. That is a fact. Everything else is a debate about which way U3o8 is going...

Those of you willing to spend gbp84 to learn more about your investment might like to look at the new red book report issued 16/6/08 - which coincided with recent weakness in NU. price.

Headlines are things like "conventional uranium resources will be adequate to supply nuclear energy needs for at least 100 years ", "expenditures for exploration increasing more than 254% over the two-year period from 2004-2006", "demand growth to 2030 between 40-80%" Not as bullish as the Uber-bulls might want you to believe.

nu. should be a in a good position to capitalise big time IMO on any decent rise in the spot price.....surely demand is outstripping supply?

any views on short and medium term outlook for Uranium price? Has it found its lows yet and what about the demand side?/?? As Nu. is so geared towards this, would appreciate views from some more knowledgeable people than I, !! thanks

RBF, usually use indicators/chart to give a better entry/exit trade timing, did offload some on failure at the top of the channel end of Feb (should have disposed of the lot!)
secondary to sp/fundamentals - but in NU. case the fundies seem a bit misty to me esp with the U price in limbo!
I put a lot of faith in the macd signals, done me proud in the past, but dyor
