Do any of you know what happened to the project on the Fyne Oil Field?
Reading all the information on the internet it seems to be really positive up to Dec 14, and the use of buoy technology, it then stops and I can't find anything else.
Does anyone know..Do we still have an interest in this field??

Placings inject money into the company Risk1 which makes it worth more. Placings can be a sign of confidence. For example if the shard debt was converted to equity and placed with institutions that would be a boost to confidence not a negative.

Glenbo1...good evening...this co. M/cap Could be worth £100mill??? So let's be conservative say £50mill???so being even more conservative £25mill map??? ...current m/cap is £2.4mill...so 10 bagger so 4p??? Bear in mind that is not taking in to a/c size of deals we will get nor how many deals nor when we hit oil price hike and bubble effect. So personally believe we can hit over 10p on right news with like lyates says possibility of high it can go with a year 1 or 2 in time frame.

The MFdevco vacancies are no longer listed.
Alan told me that Alison had interviewed some outstanding candidates.
With the newbies now on the books were ready to go!!

This article was in last Friday's P & J, page 34. Hope it all comes good for us.

Industry chiefs will lift the
lid on how small pools can
be tapped to give the North
Sea a new lease of life at an
event in Aberdeen next
month.
About 350 unsanctioned
discoveries containing
more than 3 billion barrels
of oil are still in the UK continental
shelf, according to
the Oil and Gas Authority.
Most of the small pools
are near existing infrastructure,
though some will
require new installations to
be put in place.
Details of existing efforts
to unlock these marginal
fields will be revealed at a
workshop at Subsea Expo
on February 2.
It will also provide a platform for
the next steps to be
discussed.
The National Subsea Research
Initiative (NSRI)
will host the session, which
will feature speakers from
the OGA, Oil and Gas UK,
EnQuest, the Oil and Gas
Technology Centre, Technip
and Subsea 7.
NSRI chairman Peter
Blake said the discoveries
could extend the life of the
basin if industry can overcome
the economic challenges
they present.
Mr Blake, who will chair
the session, said: “Often
conventional solutions
prove too costly or unsuitable
for marginal fields,
so smarter engineering,
combined with better
ways to manage technical
and economic risk, is required.
“If the subsea industry
can rise to this challenge of
economically tapping into
these pools, the North Sea
could have a whole new
lease of life.”
Carlo Procaccini, OGA
head of technology, said:
“Following an extensive
mapping exercise, we now
know exactly where these
small pools are located and
we are working with NSRI
and others to change the
existing industry paradigms
to unlock their potential.
“Technology development
is key to ‘small pools’
cost reduction, from reducing
the cost of development
wells to designing optimised
subsea infrastructure
and tie-backs to existing
host facilities or
efficient standalone concepts.
“Exploited successfully,
the recoverable oil and gas
held in small pools offer a
significant MERUK opportunity
and could represent
a new chapter for the
UKCS.”
Subsea Expo runs from
February 1 to 3 at the Aberdeen
Exhibition and
Conference Centre.

Really depends on the size of the projects being finalised.
A very difficult question to answer.
We all have our thoughts on where this will go, I personally believe with the right projects, should be 30p within 18 months.

Shareholders are calling for ceo on pvr to be ousted as the ones who have seen these cycles before know now is the time to have risk appetite as you will make many times your money if you are ahead of the herd...by the time the cautious guys change their stance and start to invest they will be behind by a year or two...I expect to see the astute ones take out jv partners whose share price are depressed and have lack of cash b4 they cash in on asset...pvr will take out logp you heard me say it first...catalyst might be ceo gets kicked out for being too cautious at time when you have to move ahead of herd...and if you look tullow guy joined pvr last year...so will he move in to turn pvr on to the next tullow oil??? And we come in to reduce costs even more???

One thought has hit me...oil stocks were at bottom Jan 2016...Dec 16 oil stocks in aim have started to move which shows the guys who have 5 bagged on pmo tlw are moving cash in to smaller stocks???
Our mfdevco has been set up a no. Of years and as oil is going back in to boom phase the oil guys are going to have to recover from last 4 years of bombardment and shell shock to realise they need to move fast...why???because the one who signs up first is going to get his project off ground first when oil is increasing to be able to cash in...the stragglers are going to have to pay more later to get signed up and wait ...both of these factors ie coming late to party and having to pay more will mean they will be the ones crying when oil starts to go back down if their project isn't earning???

Also think we have a mm poster here trying to make people think we are still 3 years back in oil doldrums!!

Wake up guys oil has started to recover...we have just come started recovery...those who have seen tech boom or oil boom...will see the cyclical cash started to move from other stocks in to oil stocks...this is just the first wave of cash coming...those who can select the right stocks and hold will make life changing money.

Matd in 6 weeks has gone from 3p to 31p...and that's before drilling Wells...spoke to fellow investor here and believe on right deals with oil cycle starting up...we could be 15p plus...some will fall over lol...but who would have thought fitb from 0.2p to 1p in 6.5hours

I have taken over 7mill here...and I think there are quite a few pi's sitting on 10mill...which will explain the price starting to appear illiquid as stock is going in to sticky hands that realise oil is taking off...and deals are now being done...here we aren't searching for oil...we are getting oil from fields that have produced...and as oil price rises our deals will be more lucrative...we just need to nail our first deal...look at fitb this week...deal of £60k and the mental herd took share price from 0.2p to 1p in 6hours and over 1bill shares traded ...co has just over 1bill...so can u imagine what is going to happen when deal news announced here and people try to pick up 1mill or 2mill shares???
