03/3/2006 18:35 | Two Novera announcements yesterday:- 1. NMRE's Mynydd Clogau wind farm in Wales has started generating revenues (ahead of schedule). Novera anticipate making a planning application for their next UK wind farm in the middle of 2006. 2. Novera will announce its preliminary results to 31/12/05 on 15/3/06. And a piece of related news yesterday:- A proposal to develop England's largest wind farm in Cumbria (27 377ft. tall turbines) has been refused, after a six-week public inquiry last year. | blank frank

17/10/2005 12:40 | stock overhang in Australia cleared following UXC(I think they are called) sale of A$2.7m of shares. Interestingly, RNS (equivalent) posted on Australian stock exchange not in UK. Explains recent price dip. Shd rise from here to 65p imo | russianlinesman

23/9/2005 18:59 | Currently have about £120,000 in the stock market, admittedly only about half of it is mine but still.... bit scary aint it! | stegrego
23/9/2005 14:33 | All the best! I only have 700 quid total invested in 4 shares, since about March, and it's a sickly 610 quid's worth at the moment. Oh well, time and patience. | valanaster
23/9/2005 12:37 | Im in today - only £600 quid but still... Bit on a nasty spread it has tho - 8% ish | stegrego
23/9/2005 08:11 | Bought in at 52p yesterday, which is more or less NAV of their half of Novera Macquarie. Macquarie is an impressive outfit and to a large extent am relying on them to show NVE the way. If this goes any lower (say to 45p) will increase my holding, but expect it to bounce back to 60-65p the next time the FT writes an article about renewables. Market is buying fuel cell stocks and ignoring wind and other renewables for now, which is not that sensible given wind and landfill gas are already here. NVE is in a very good position re landfill gas. There are a lot of wind developers in the UK now, but since NVE does not rely on wind alone, this is not such a concern. PS - I also think NVE is suffering classic 3-month post listing syndrome where everybody forgets about them for a while. | russianlinesman
23/9/2005 02:39 | Novera looks cheap, IMO. If I had the cash, I'd buy some! :o( | valanaster
23/9/2005 02:38 | Adverse comments won't have any lasting effect on windpower, I don't think. It's an essential part of the renewables mix, essential to help countries combat climate change and meet emissions targets. Anyway, as the economics of offshore wind become more favourable (with the rising oil price), there will be greater emphasis on offshore wind, with fewer complaints from NIMBY folks. | valanaster
20/9/2005 12:33 | Adverse comment recently in press about Windfarms making these go down i assume.. | stegrego
14/9/2005 13:55 | heh, i've got them on my watch, more for alt energy than an actual punt | daaan

10/6/2005 21:34 | HI Thanks for setting up this post. I picked up on this float through shares magazine as I have an interest in renewable energy companies, There are a lot of companies coming to the market who are ready to invest in renewable but no establisehd business. Novera is different and I look forward to following its progress. ARV2168 | arv2168 |
