Novae Group plc
Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial
responsibilities or their connected persons
Notification made in accordance with Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure
Rules and Transparency Rules.
The Company was notified on 24 May 2016 by the administrator of the
Novae Group plc Share Incentive Plan, Equiniti Premier Services, that on
23 May 2016 the following executive directors and persons discharging
managerial responsibilities acquired Ordinary shares of GBP1.125 each
("the Shares") in Novae Group plc under the dividend shares element of
the Novae Group plc Share Incentive Plan and SVB All Employee Share
Ownership Plan at a price of GBP8.40 per share. The Shares were
purchased in the market using the final dividend paid on 20 May 2016 by
the Company in respect of the Partnership and Matching Shares elements
of the Novae Group plc Share Incentive Plan and SVB All Employee Share
Ownership Plan.
