   Novae Group plc ("the Company") has made conditional awards on 15 March 
2016 under its Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") to the executive 
directors and certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities 
("PDMRs"), over a total of 285,171 ordinary shares in the Company 
("Share(s)"). The market value of a Share for the purpose of the awards 
made on 15 March 2016 was GBP8.44, being the average market price of a
