Notice of legal settlement

Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC (LSE: NOG) ("Nostrum" or the "Company"), an independent oil and gas company engaging in the production, development and exploration of oil and gas in the pre-Caspian Basin, refers to the announcement by BTA Bank of this morning. Reference is also made to the announcements by the Company of 20 March 2017 and of 9 June 2017 and the related announcements by Claremont Holdings Limited and Claremont Holdings C.V. of 20 March 2017.

The Company notes that the Claremont entities and BTA Bank have reached a settlement and welcomes BTA Bank as a new shareholder.
