"Hammerhead Management Partners LLC ("Hammerhead") holds the remaining 12.5% WI in Pine Mills.

As part of the above transaction with GFP, Nostra Terra inherits a Court Judgement (in Texas) now due to Nostra Terra for $426,322 by Hammerhead, which is secured against Hammerhead's 12.5% WI in Pine Mills, which if not collected within 30 days, gives Nostra Terra the right to foreclose on this 12.5% WI within a further 30 days, without prejudice to still collecting the approximately $426,322 trade receivable.

Nostra Terra also has acquired a separate trade receivable due to GFP from Hammerhead in the amount of $293,785. This is also due payable immediately."

Can't see why some might have sold due to the drop in oil as NTOG are still profitable at $20 PB also with Trump stating that he wants the US to be more self-sufficient on oil will mean company's like NTOG will be urged to produce more and may even be in line for some cash had outs to get oil flowing.

The 400K which has just shown up I am guessing its a buy, smoke and mirrors as it has show as the same price I can now sell for, But with the heavy restriction on buying and the willingness to take stock suggests we have someone accumulating IMHO
