$NTOG are owed approx. $1.5m as you say but have to pay IRG $250k before they receive a penny to date.

Where do you get this $5m figure from ?

We are owed $1.5m by the Egyptian authorities. They go back to 1 July 2015 not October 2015 as I had originally thought.

So we are owed $5m for our 25% stake in the East Ghazalat Concession.

All the paperwork has been completed according to the last RNS on the subject.

Imagine what that new will do the share price when it comes.

They will get 80 BOPD plus they need to find 250-500k imminently to increase production and they also will have to pay 20% royalties also ML has in the past shorted his own company and shafted all the shareholders would you trust him.

What's the big deal, 7 bopd per well.It is a big deal , theses wells are stripper wells , there run for ever.Held by production mean once the oil keeps flowing the company owns the leases.

ML will arrange a placing here I suspect as they need 250-500 to develop field in the short term as per Mosman RNS.

Don't trust ML as far as I could throw him.

Marmar this is the asset that MSMN were buying now NTOG have got it.It's cheap at this price, however there's no breakdown of LOE's . Is the iqument such as pumps , tanks ETC leased or owned. So basically what's the lifting cost ?

The effective date of the acquisition is 1 November 2016. Nostra Terra is now the operator of Pine .Still cheap cap still low 2.222m, expect about 10m.
