Andy, well said.

However as we know, someone's winnings are someone else's losses and with that in mind I wouldn't feel too comfortable now knowing on AIM results in basic theft.

Just because you know the till is left open don't mean you should put your hand in. Regulation or not, AIM must be coming to its natural end.

yes...these are a buy if you think that 2 million will be paid soon. Remember that its in us dollars so worth quite a lot more in sterling terms. 50% is easy possible here if that cash is def on the way. But I agree...not one to hang around in.

Hard to disagree with that, spot on IMO.

Sadly the reason people lose money on AIM stocks is the continual dilution ensuring the erosion of long term shareholder value.

Buy and flip for a small profit on an upward trend is the game now, buy and hold rarely if ever works on AIM.

Once again yours truly has been proved 100% correct. We predicted that as soon as the consolidation was completed over at Nostra Terrible Oil & Gas (LON: NTOG) that the pump & dumpers would be out en-force and the company would then revert to type and begin the usual raft of dilution and placings. That raft of placings and dilution has now begun in earnest. There will be more placings and more dilution. That is 100% guaranteed by the Nostra Terra ‘form book’.

marmar,

Yes, that's how investors are milked by AIM companies!

Continual discounted placings dilute your investment, whilst those at the right brokers can take advantage. This is why some funds, and investors, are shunning AIM now, IMO.

The prospect of untold wealth creation is dangled in front of punters, but in fact those earning salaries are the real winners, most investors lose on AIM.

Flipping rather than buy and hold is the name of the game now. Try and jump on a trend and then leap off for a quick return, otherwise the dilutions will erode the value of your investment.
