Why didn't they do the same as Pcge and Paa



PCG Entertainment PLC (AIM: PCGE), the AIM listed Asia-Pacific online gaming and associated media company, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Allenby Capital Limited ("Allenby") as its nominated adviser. This decision has been made in light of Allenby's acquisition of the corporate finance function of the Company's previous nominated adviser, Sanlam Securities UK Limited, and the Company's desire to retain continuity with one of its key advisers.

The Company announces that it has been served notice of its nominated adviser, Sanlam Securities UK Limited's ("Sanlam"), intention to cease its nominated adviser and small cap broking activities. Consequently, Sanlam will cease to be the Company's nominated adviser from 15 March 2016. Accordingly, pursuant to AIM Rule 1, the Company's shares will be suspended from trading on AIM with effect from 15 March 2016, if it does not appoint a new nominated adviser.

If the Company fails to appoint a replacement nominated adviser within one month of the date of Sanlam's resignation, admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.

The Company is confident that this will not be the case as it is well advanced in discussions with a potential replacement nominated adviser.

A further announcement will be made in due course.

Maybe they is some logic in why this stock has crashed to all time lows.Oil has bounced back and yet this company is just not having none of it.What is the real story here? Has the CEO full rights on what goes on here or why is he still in charge?

Looks like the tweet about tanking was malicious payback by Chrisoil for being blocked.
Not surprised he was blocked after some of his recent threatening tweets.

Investors still shy on buying as price is losing its gains again.What more can mlofgran do to convince ntog is on track to be a big player very soon.Share price really needs to kick off here but may come to late for those that sit on the fence.

Well done again here CI. I was following your exploits over at AAL and ran with it a while - not quite as long as you I have to say - and noticed another old friend of mine NTOG pulling away from the starting stalls like a startled stallion....

Matt Lofgran can be a sinner or a saint and maybe this time he's polished up his halo again? How far do you think this will trot? A sprinter's distance or round Aintree?! Only bettered of late by RGM, and Lofgran is involved there btw...
